Dinleyicinin aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla s\u00fcren s\u00f6yle\u015fide Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi ve Zaza K\u00fcrtleri ile ilgili bir\u00e7ok konuda doyurucu bir sohbet ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Dinleyicilerin \u00e7o\u011funluk istemiyle Kurmanc\u00ee K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi ile ba\u015flanan s\u00f6yle\u015fi daha sonra Zazak\u00ee K\u00fcrt\u00e7esiyle devam etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZazalar\u0131n y\u00f6reden y\u00f6reye kendilerini K\u0131rmanc, K\u0131rd, D\u0131m\u0131l\u00ee ve Zaza olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 leh\u00e7eyi de K\u0131rmanck\u00ee, K\u0131rdk\u00ee, D\u0131m\u0131l\u00ee\/D\u0131m\u0131lk\u00ee ve Zazak\u00ee olarak isimlendirdi\u011fini\u201d belirten Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een, \u201cZazalar&#8217;\u0131n Diyarbekir, \u00c7ewl\u00eeg, Xarp\u00eat, D\u00ears\u0131m il ve il\u00e7elerinde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131, Bidl\u00ees&#8217;in Motk\u00ee, M\u00fb\u015f&#8217;un Gimgim, S\u00eart&#8217;\u0131n Baykan, Ruha&#8217;n\u0131n S\u00eawreg, Sems\u00fbr&#8217;un Ald\u00fb\u015f, yine, S\u00eawas, Erzirom ve Erzingan il\u00e7elerinde, Aksaray, Kayseri, Malatya ve Ardahan da yerle\u015fik olarak ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131\u201d s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki K\u0131rd (Zaza) n\u00fcfusunun 4 milyon dolay\u0131nda oldu\u011funu\u201d tahmin etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een, \u201cbuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki K\u00fcrd n\u00fcfusun 1\/4&#8217;\u00fc Zaza K\u00fcrtlerden olu\u015fuyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZaza (K\u0131rd, K\u0131rmanc, Dimil\u00ee) K\u00fcrdlerin tarihten beri kendilerini K\u00fcrd olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini\u201d ifade eden Lezg\u00een, \u00f6rnek olarak K\u00fcrd direni\u015f ve ayaklanmalar\u0131nda Zaza K\u00fcrdlerin oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 role dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u201c1914 Bitlis ayaklanmas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6nderi Mela Sel\u00eem Efendi&#8217;nin Zaza K\u00fcrtlerinden oldu\u011funu\u201d hat\u0131rlatan Lezg\u00een, \u201cKo\u00e7giri ve D\u00earsim direni\u015fleri ile 1925 \u015eeyh Said ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ana g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc Zaza K\u00fcrtlerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011funu, bu siyasi hareketlerin hedefinin K\u00fcrdistan devletini kurmak oldu\u011funu\u201d vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOsmanl\u0131 zaman\u0131nda K\u00fcrd\u00e7e kitap bas\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden K\u00fcrdizade Ahmed Ram\u00eez&#8217;in Liceli bir Zaza K\u00fcrd\u00fc oldu\u011funu\u201d hat\u0131rlatan Lezg\u00een, yine, &#8220;Arap harfleriyle ilk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e alfabey\u00ee haz\u0131rlay\u0131p yay\u0131mlayan Xel\u00eel Xeyal\u00ee&#8217;nin de Zaza K\u00fcrd\u00fc oldu\u011funu&#8221; belirtti. Osmanl\u0131 ve Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemindeki K\u00fcrt Milli hareket ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin liderlerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Zaza K\u00fcrdlerinden olu\u015ftu\u011funu belirterek, bunlardan Faik Bucak ve Said El\u00e7i&#8217;yi \u00f6rnek verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSon y\u0131llarda birka\u00e7 Zaza K\u00fcrd\u00fcn\u00fcn kendilerini sadece Zaza olarak g\u00f6rmesinin yeni bir durum oldu\u011funu\u201d s\u00f6yleyen Lezg\u00een, \u201cbu insanlar\u0131n bir dereceye kadar kimi Bat\u0131l\u0131 Oryantalistlerin (\u015earkiyat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n) dil \u00fczerinde yapt\u0131klar\u0131 eksik ve yan\u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 tezlerine dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ifade etti. Bu tutumun do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Lezg\u00een \u201cZazac\u0131l\u0131k\u201d yapan bu kesimin \u00f6nc\u00fclerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk Milliyet\u00e7i \u00e7evresiyle ili\u015fkide olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve Devlet\u00e7i tezleri savunduklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. Zazac\u0131l\u0131k yapanlar\u0131n, devletin K\u00fcrtlere (Kurmanc ve Zaza) y\u00f6nelik a\u011f\u0131r politikalar\u0131na de\u011finmediklerini, sadece dilin i\u015flenmemi\u015f, kodlanmam\u0131\u015f, standartla\u015fm\u0131\u015f nedenlerinden dolay\u0131, bunu suistimal ederek, neden iki leh\u00e7eyi konu\u015fanlar\u0131n birbirlerini anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, halbuki, \u00e7o\u011fu yerde ayn\u0131 leh\u00e7eyi konu\u015fanlar\u0131n da bir birini anlamakta zorluk \u00e7ekti\u011fini belirtti. Anadolu T\u00fcrklerinin, Gagavuz T\u00fcrk\u00e7esini, Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esini, Azeri T\u00fcrk\u00e7esini vs. anlamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da hat\u0131rlatan Lezg\u00een, bunun neden sorun yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ama illa da devletsiz bir ulus olan K\u00fcrtlerin K\u00fcrt\u00e7e leh\u00e7elerini tam olarak anlamamay\u0131 sorun yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Bu t\u00fcr faaliyetlerin asl\u0131nda K\u00fcrtlerin ulusal maneviyat\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik falsifikasyonlar oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Liceli oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Lezg\u00een, \u201cDiyarbak\u0131r merkeze gelene kadar \u201cZaza\u201d kelimesini duymam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Biz Lice&#8217;de kendimizi K\u0131rd olarak, konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz dili de Kirdk\u00ee olarak isimlendiriyoruz\u201d dedi. &#8220;1899 y\u0131l\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da yay\u0131nlanan ilk Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esindeki metin olan Ehmed\u00ea Xas\u00ee&#8217;nin kitab\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 da Mewl\u00fbd\u00ea Kird\u00ee oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kurmancca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi ile Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi ars\u0131nda benzerlikler gibi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar da oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Lezg\u00een, \u201cK\u0131rdk\u00ee de eril-di\u015fil ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 tamamen korunmu\u015ftur. Kurmanc\u00ee de de eril-di\u015fil ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 olmakla beraber ancak c\u00fcmle i\u00e7inde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kelimenin eril veya di\u015fil oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131labilir. Kurmanc\u00ee leh\u00e7esinin kimi \u00f6zelliklerinin daha \u00e7abuk deforme oldu\u011funu ancak Zazak\u00ee leh\u00e7esinde kadim K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin \u00f6zellikleri korunageldi\u011fini, \u00f6rne\u011fin, kelimenin yal\u0131n halinde eril-di\u015fil ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kendini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini\u201d ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Terminolojinin do\u011fru kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Lezg\u00een, dinleyicilerden birinin s\u00f6zlerine at\u0131fta bulunarak, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ve Zazaca (Kurd\u00ee \u00fb Zazak\u00ee)\u201d \u015feklindeki bir c\u00fcmlenin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etti. Lezg\u00een, \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e sadece Kurmanc\u00ee de\u011fildir, bu nedenle ifade ederken Kurmancca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi (Kurd\u00eeya Kurmanc\u00ee) ve Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi (Kurd\u00eeya Zazak\u00ee) demeliyiz. Bug\u00fcn haz\u0131rlanan kitaplarda da bu yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Mesela, Kurmanci leh\u00e7esini esas alan s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011fe sadece \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e-T\u00fcrk\u00e7e s\u00f6zl\u00fck\u201d denilmesi hatal\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Kurmanc\u00ee leh\u00e7esinde oldu\u011fu belirtilmelidir. S\u00f6zgelimi, Kurmancca-T\u00fcrk\u00e7e S\u00f6zl\u00fck denilmesi daha do\u011frudur. Aksi takdirde kendi elimizle yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lmalara zemin haz\u0131rlar\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131. \u201cZaza ve K\u00fcrd\u201d \u015feklindeki kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7eken Lezg\u00een, \u201cBundan kastedilen Zaza ve Kurmanc&#8217;d\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse bu \u015fekilde s\u00f6ylenmelidir. Kaldiki K\u00fcrt demek, Zaza, Kurmanc, Soran, Goran ve Lur leh\u00e7elerini konu\u015fan toplumsal milli grubun ortak ad\u0131d\u0131r. Tek bir leh\u00e7eye, yada tek bir grubun ad\u0131, \u00f6rne\u011fin sadece Kurmanc veya Soran gruplar\u0131n\u0131n milli ad\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u00d6te yandan, Zaza ve Dimbil\u00ee etnik adlar de\u011fildir. Bunlar \u00f6nceleri ki\u015fi, daha sonra a\u015firet adlar\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131rd ve Kirmanc etnik adlard\u0131r ve K\u00fcrt demektir. Zaza K\u00fcrtleri diye an\u0131lan grup ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu kendini K\u0131rd ve K\u0131rmanc olarak adland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Zaza ad\u0131 genelde d\u0131\u015fardan dayat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZAZACA K\u00dcRT\u00c7ES\u0130&#8217;NDE EDEB\u0130 \u00c7ALI\u015eMALAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6yle\u015finin devam\u0131nda Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi&#8217;ndeki edebi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara de\u011finen Lezg\u00een, \u201cPeter Ivanovic Lerch taraf\u0131ndan 1857 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan N\u00earib a\u011fz\u0131yla yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ilk Zazaca metnin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bizzat Zaza K\u00fcrtleri taraf\u0131ndan ne\u015fredilen ilk yay\u0131n Ehmed\u00ea Xas\u00ee&#8217;nin 1899 y\u0131l\u0131nda 400 adet bas\u0131lan &#8216;Mewlid&#8217; kitab\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kitap ayn\u0131 zamanda modern matbaa ile bas\u0131lan ilk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e kitapt\u0131r. \u0130kinci kitap ise Osman Efendiyo Bab\u0131j taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lan Mewlid&#8217;tir. Ancak bas\u0131lmas\u0131 daha sonra 1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015eam&#8217;da K\u00fcrt Dilbilimci Celadet Ali Bedirxan taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nemden sonra 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015eeyh Said&#8217;in o\u011flu \u015eeyh Selahaddin taraf\u0131ndan tasavvufi i\u00e7erikli &#8216;Beytname&#8217; kitab\u0131 Latin harfleriyle Zazaca olarak yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>1980 \u00f6ncesi \u00e7e\u015fitli gazete ve dergilerde Malm\u00eesanij&#8217;\u0131n ilk olarak Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi&#8217;nde \u00e7\u0131kan yaz\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden Lezg\u00een, \u201cAncak 80 darbesinden sonra K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131n ve yazarlar\u0131 yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kald\u0131lar ve faaliyetlerini Avrupa&#8217;da s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcler. Burada dilin standartla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00e7e\u015fitli toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve Vate \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Daha sonra bu grup taraf\u0131ndan \u015fimdiye kadar 32 say\u0131ya ula\u015fan Vate Dergisi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Sonraki a\u015famada Vate yay\u0131nevi kuruldu ve bir\u00e7ok Zazaca roman, \u015fiir, hikaye ve folklorik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yay\u0131nland\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esinde yap\u0131lan yay\u0131nlara olan ilginin g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een, \u201c\u015fimdiye kadar 170&#8217;ten fazla Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi&#8217;nde yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f kitap var. Hala ekonomik nedenlerle bas\u0131m\u0131 ertelenmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok haz\u0131r kitap dosyas\u0131 da mevcuttur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtlerin takip etmesi gereken Leh\u00e7e politikas\u0131na da de\u011finen Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een, \u201c\u00d6rne\u011fin, Kurmanc K\u00fcrtlerinin \u00e7o\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu Culem\u00earg, \u015eirnex gibi yerlerde Kurmanc\u00ee K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi, K\u0131rdlerin (Zazalar\u0131n) \u00e7o\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu Dersim, Bing\u00f6l gibi yerlerde Zazaca K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi, Diyarbak\u0131r merkezi veya Lic\u00ea gibi her iki leh\u00e7enin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde de ise Kurmanc\u00ee ve Zazak\u00ee leh\u00e7elerinin her ikisinde de e\u011fitim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini\u201d ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6yle\u015finin ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve dinleyicilerin soru, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve yorumlar\u0131yla devam etti.
