Fakat ne zaman K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da biri bana feminizmden bahsetse ya da \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n meselesine girse, g\u00fcl\u00fcmseyerek konuyu de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye ve kendimi de kar\u015f\u0131mdakini de yormamaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bunun sebebi, elbette ki, Feminizmi gayri ciddi bulmak ya da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinden yana olmamak de\u011fil. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019de t\u00fcm\u00fc \u201cba\u015fl\u0131k paras\u0131\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan Qelend, Next, Mehran\u00ee ve Xi\u015fr uygulamalar\u0131 ile day\u0131, amca, hala ve teyzelere, gelin \u00fczerindeki emeklerinden dolay\u0131 \u00f6denen teminatlar, temelde kad\u0131n\u0131n erkek kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki hukukunu g\u00fcvenceye al\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fakat \u201cmodern\u201d T\u00fcrk akl\u0131 bunu \u201c\u00f6k\u00fcz gibi al\u0131n\u0131p sat\u0131lma\u201d olarak i\u015flemi\u015f ve neticede bu uygulamalar, K\u00fcrtlerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7inde de, ortada ger\u00e7ekte bir \u00e7a\u011f de\u011fi\u015ftirme yokken dahi, ilkel ve \u00e7a\u011fd\u0131\u015f\u0131 hale gelmi\u015flerdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yine K\u00fcrtlerdeki nam\u00fbs kavram\u0131, toplumumuzun ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu temel hukuksal ilkeleri ve bir felsefe kavram\u0131 olan Nomos\u2019u kar\u015f\u0131larken; bu kavram, yine i\u015flenip sunularak bir T\u00fcrk alg\u0131s\u0131 olan \u201ciki bacak aras\u0131\u201dna indirgenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">B\u00f6ylece <strong>K\u00fcrdistan normalinde bir K\u00fcrt ki\u015fisinin s\u00f6z\u00fcnde durmamas\u0131 ya da \u00f6rne\u011fin satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcte su katmas\u0131 da bir namus problemi iken, bu kavram politizasyondan yeterince pay alm\u0131\u015flar\u0131n \u201cKimsenin namusu de\u011filiz\u201d pankartlar\u0131yla t\u00fcm\u00fcyle ba\u015fka bir hale b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yaresanilik \u00f6rne\u011finde net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi gibi, eski K\u00fcrt dinleri kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin e\u015fit oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler ve cinsiyet fark\u0131 g\u00f6zetmeksizin erdemli insana vurgu yapar. K\u00fcrt a\u015firetlerinin xan \/ ode olarak bilinen y\u00f6netim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde menopoz d\u00f6nemindeki, yani \u00fcreme faaliyeti bitmi\u015f olan kad\u0131nlar, erkeklerle, e\u015fit s\u00f6z ve oy hakk\u0131na sahip olarak ayn\u0131 divanda yer al\u0131rlar. Biri Musa Anter\u2019in annesi Fesla Xanim olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk kad\u0131n muhtarlar\u0131ndan birka\u00e7\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u2019t\u00fc ve bu, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da hi\u00e7 de \u015fa\u015f\u0131lacak bir durum de\u011fildir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zira Kakei K\u00fcrtlerde \u00e7o\u011fu \u015fair, d\u00f6rt y\u00fczden fazla azize vard\u0131r. Erdelan Saray\u0131\u2019nda Mah\u015feref Xanim (1800-1847) gibi 2.000\u2019den fazla gazel yazm\u0131\u015f olan bir kad\u0131n \u015fair ve hukuk doktrini sahibi bir f\u0131k\u0131h\u00e7\u0131 vard\u0131r. Tabii bizimkiler bunu bilmedikleri i\u00e7in bu kad\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk kad\u0131n tarih\u00e7isi oldu\u011funu da bilmezler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Adile Xan\u2019\u0131n 1909\u2019da Halep\u00e7e\u2019nin y\u00f6neticisi oldu\u011funu ve onun \u015fehri yeniden in\u015fa etti\u011fini, bir parlamento kurdu\u011funu, yarg\u0131 sistemi olu\u015fturdu\u011funu ve b\u00f6lgenin ilk hapishanesini tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve in\u015faat\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bilmezler.
