Edebiyat ve sanat dergisi \u015eew\u00e7ila\u2019n\u0131n son say\u0131s\u0131nda (11.say\u0131) ilk kez K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yay\u0131mlanan Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u0131rmanck\u00ee Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019in g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ise, ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6yk\u00fc. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc eseri K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yazan Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy, eserinin yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f halini g\u00f6remeden Ocak 2009\u2019da 65 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken hayata g\u00f6zlerini yumar. Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i anadili olan K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esiyle yazan Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda kaleme alm\u0131\u015f ve okurla bulu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 37 y\u0131l s\u00fcre ge\u00e7mi\u015f. K\u00fcrt kimli\u011finin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131lar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde edebiyat eserinin g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndaki zorlu ko\u015fullar\u0131 daha iyi anlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor. Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, eline ge\u00e7en ka\u011f\u0131tlara yazm\u0131\u015f ve bunlar\u0131 bir yerlerde saklam\u0131\u015f. \u0130\u015fte bu karalamalardan olu\u015fan eseri bu kez o\u011flu Felat \u00d6zsoy, babas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden 3-4 y\u0131l sonra K\u00fcrt dili ve edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131yan, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin K\u0131rmanck\u00ee ve Kurmanc\u00ee leh\u00e7elerini iyi derecede kullanan Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een\u2019e teslim ediyor. Eser \u00fczerinde yo\u011fun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een, edebiyat ve sanat dergisi \u015eew\u00e7ila\u2019da ilk kez Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i yay\u0131ml\u0131yor. Ro\u015fan Lezg\u00een\u2019le bu \u00f6yk\u00fcy\u00fc, Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019u, Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019in K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esiyle yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini, anlam\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yay\u0131nlanan kitaplar\u0131 konu\u015ftuk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u015eimdiye kadar Ehmed\u00ea Xan\u00ee\u2019nin Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i Kurmanc\u00ee olarak biliniyordu. Ama \u015eew\u00e7ila dergisinin son say\u0131s\u0131nda ilk kez K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yay\u0131mland\u0131. Bunu anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ocak 2009\u2019da 65 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken vefat etmi\u015f olan Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy taraf\u0131ndan 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ama otuz-k\u0131rk y\u0131l sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor, duyuluyor. Bunca zaman ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131\u015f\u0131, gecikmesi, K\u00fcrtlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fartlarla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir. Sadece Mem \u00fb Z\u00een manzumesi de\u011fil, Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un bir\u00e7ok \u015fiiri daha mevcuttur. Eline ge\u00e7en her k\u00e2\u011f\u0131da karalay\u0131p bir yerlerde saklam\u0131\u015f. \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6rt y\u0131l sonra, yani ge\u00e7en sonbaharda, o\u011flu, sararm\u0131\u015f, eskimi\u015f k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t tomarlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan karalamalar\u0131n\u0131 bana verdi. Yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bunlardan Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019\u00ee \u015eew\u00e7ila\u2019da yay\u0131mlad\u0131k. T\u00fcm \u015fiirlerinden olu\u015fan divan\u0131n\u0131, hayat hik\u00e2yesiyle birlikte yak\u0131n bir zamanda K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131na kataca\u011f\u0131z in\u015fallah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u015e\u00eax Al\u00ee Palew\u00ee ailesinden olan Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un Latin alfabesiyle yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u0131rmanck\u00ee \u015fiirleri, klasik edebiyat\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir yer tutacakt\u0131r. Ehmed\u00ea Xan\u00ee\u2019nin Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i gibi her m\u0131sras\u0131 on hece \u00fczerine kurulu \u00e7ok sa\u011flam kafiye d\u00fczenine sahip bir metin olan K\u0131rmanck\u00ee Mem \u00fb Z\u00een manzumesi, 195 beyitten yani 390 m\u0131sradan olu\u015fuyor. Xan\u00ee\u2019nin Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i, farkl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleriyle tam bir mesnevidir; ama Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un Mem \u00fb Z\u00eeni sadece hik\u00e2yeden olu\u015fuyor.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/>\nMem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019in K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131n\u0131n anlam\u0131 nedir?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bir kere Mem \u00fb Z\u00een K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n tac\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt ulusla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n mayas\u0131d\u0131r, hamurudur. Mem \u00fb Z\u00een, s\u00f6zl\u00fc K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir eseri olan \u201cMem\u00ea Alan\u201d destan\u0131na dayan\u0131larak yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ehmed\u00ea Xan\u00ee\u2019de de, Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019da da bu b\u00f6yledir. Mem\u00ea Alan destan\u0131, Kurmanc\u00ee leh\u00e7esinde oldu\u011fu gibi K\u0131rmanck\u00ee (Zazak\u00ee) leh\u00e7esinde de farkl\u0131 versiyonlar\u0131 olan yayg\u0131n bir destand\u0131r. K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019de Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019in olmas\u0131, K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019nin sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131d\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 nedenler, fakt\u00f6rler say\u0131labilir; ama \u00e7o\u011fu dilin yok olmas\u0131nda belki de as\u0131l neden dilin sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Edebi eserler, her zaman dile prestij sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019de \u00f6nemli edebi eserlerin olmas\u0131, dilin sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u015famas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00fcrt ulusla\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131 ve kimli\u011finin olu\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, Ehmed\u00ea Xan\u00ee\u2019nin Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i elbette bir \u015faheserdir, rakibi yoktur. Mehd\u00ee \u00d6zsoy\u2019un Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i m\u00fctevazidir, Xan\u00ee\u2019ninki ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz. Ama K\u00fcrtlerin milli birli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019de Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019in olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok de\u011ferlidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, K\u00fcrtlerin resmi leh\u00e7esi olan Soran\u00eece\u2019ye Kurmanc\u00ee\u2019den \u00e7evrilmi\u015f ama K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019de farkl\u0131 olarak yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bu bile tek ba\u015f\u0131na K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019ye \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, akademisyenler daha \u015fimdiden ilgi g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Mem \u00fb Z\u00een \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herkes bundan sonra K\u0131rmanck\u00ee Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019den de bahsedecektir. Bu, K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019nin pop\u00fclerle\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir durumdur, diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/>\nK\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esinde her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn yay\u0131nlar art\u0131yor. Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da K\u00fcrtlerin dilinin, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, sanat ve edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n genel durumu biliniyor. Bir taraftan \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r yasaklar, bask\u0131lar; di\u011fer taraftan muazzam bir \u015fekilde i\u015fleyen asimilasyon \u00e7ark\u0131. Tabi \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u201d derken, homojen bir dilden de\u011fil birka\u00e7 leh\u00e7eden olu\u015fan bir dilden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Kurmanc\u00ee K\u00fcrt\u00e7esi a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131 alt\u0131ndayken, hi\u00e7 olmazsa Kafkasya b\u00f6lgesinde, Ermenistan\u2019da, yine Bat\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Kurmanc\u00ee edebiyat\u0131 kimi geli\u015fmeler kaydetti. Her ne kadar dil ve edebiyattaki bu geli\u015fmeler senkronik bir \u015fekilde Kuzey\u2019e ula\u015fmasa da duyulmas\u0131 bile \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir etki yap\u0131yordu. Ama sadece Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde konu\u015fulan K\u0131rmanck\u00ee (Zazak\u00ee) leh\u00e7esi i\u00e7in durum \u00e7ok vahimdir. Son y\u0131llarda yaz\u0131l\u0131 edebiyat a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. E\u011fer buna paralel bir \u015fekilde dil bilinci geli\u015firse, bu yay\u0131nlar ger\u00e7ekten anlam bulur.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/>\nK\u0131rmanck\u00ee yay\u0131nlar\u0131 dilin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriyorsunuz?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dili d\u00fczg\u00fcn, do\u011fru kullanmak dilin geli\u015fimine olumlu etki yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi dilin yanl\u0131\u015f kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da olumsuz etki yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmelidir. Bu konuda \u015funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a s\u00f6yleyeyim: Vate ve \u015eew\u00e7ila dergilerinde, Newepel gazetesinde, K\u0131rmanck\u00ee, do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131 korunarak i\u015fleniyor. \u0130nternet \u00fczerinden yay\u0131n yapan Zazak\u00ee.Net sitesinde ve yine Vate Yay\u0131nevi ile Ro\u015fna Yay\u0131nevi\u2019nden \u00e7\u0131kan kitaplarda kullan\u0131lan dil, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde d\u00fczg\u00fcn kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019nin geli\u015fimi, K\u0131rmanck\u00ee edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 zaten bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00e7evresindedir. Bunlar sivil, bireysel gayretlerdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da kimi gazete ve internet siteleri elbette K\u0131rmanck\u00ee\u2019ye yer veriyorlar. Ama dilin kullan\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorunludurlar. Dili d\u00fczg\u00fcn kullanmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Burada Konf\u00fc\u00e7y\u00fcs\u2019\u00fcn dile y\u00f6nelik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini hat\u0131rlayal\u0131m. Dili bozarak, ba\u015fkala\u015ft\u0131rarak, deforme ederek, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla anla\u015f\u0131lmaz bir \u015fekilde i\u015flemek dile zarar veriyor. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitimin olmamas\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131r asimilasyon ko\u015fullar\u0131 elbette K\u00fcrtlerde, bireylerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme sisteminde b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015furken K\u00fcrt\u00e7e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek nas\u0131l ki konu\u015fma bi\u00e7imini bozuyorsa, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fup yazarken de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek dili yaral\u0131yor, anla\u015f\u0131lmaz k\u0131l\u0131yor. S\u00f6z\u00fcm ona milliyet\u00e7ilik yaparak, bir zamanlar \u00f6z T\u00fcrk\u00e7ecilerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, boyuna k\u00f6ks\u00fcz sa\u00e7ma s\u00f6zc\u00fckler \u00fcretmenin dile bir faydas\u0131 yoktur. Dilin c\u00fcmle yap\u0131s\u0131yla, sentaks ve semanti\u011fiyle dil oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>K\u0131rmanck\u00ee leh\u00e7esi ile yay\u0131nlanan kitaplar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ve t\u00fcrleri nedir?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130lk yay\u0131mlanan K\u0131rmanck\u00ee kitap olan Ehmed\u00ea Xas\u00ee\u2019nin Mewlud\u00ea K\u0131rd\u00ee adl\u0131 eseri, 1899\u2019da Diyarbek\u00eer\u2019de yay\u0131mland\u0131. O g\u00fcnden bu yana iki y\u00fcze yak\u0131n kitap yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f san\u0131r\u0131m. Bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu son on, on be\u015f y\u0131lda yay\u0131mland\u0131. Bunlardan 19\u2019u \u015fiir, 22\u2019si \u00f6yk\u00fc, sekizi roman olmak \u00fczere, 50 kadar\u0131 edebi t\u00fcrd\u00fcr. Di\u011ferleri ise s\u00f6zl\u00fck, gramer, folklor, \u00e7ocuk kitaplar\u0131, dini kitaplar ve \u00e7e\u015fitli dallarda \u00e7evirilerdir. \u00d6zellikle \u00fcniversitelerde K\u00fcrt\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir okur kitlesini de olu\u015fturdu diyebilirim. E\u011fer K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin geli\u015fmesini, resmi dil olmas\u0131n\u0131, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretimin olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorsak, t\u00fcm K\u00fcrtler, kurumlar\u0131yla birlikte K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak en ufak bir imkandan dahi sonuna kadar yararlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
