Bu \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 eserinde Bitlis ve Hakk\u00e2ri K\u00fcrd H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinden de bahsetmi\u015ftir. Seyyah K\u00fcrdler i\u00e7in \u2018Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131 soyundan\u2019 tan\u0131mlamas\u0131n\u0131 kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oradaki o adland\u0131rma ile kastedilenler Eyyubilerdir. \u00a0\u2018Al-i Abbasiyan\u2019, yani Abbasi soyundan derken \u00c7elebi, asl\u0131nda Eyyubi K\u00fcrdlerini ve Abbasi Halifesine tabi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen K\u00fcrdleri kastetmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin, Al-i Abbasi, Al-i Abbasiyan, Abbasiler veya Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131 diye at\u0131fta bulundu\u011fu bu tan\u0131mlama, 1171 \u2013 1252 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Selahaddin Eyyubi El-Kurdi\u2019nin sultan\u0131 oldu\u011fu Eyyubi devleti d\u00f6nemini, h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n devam\u0131 olan temsilcilerini kapsamaktad\u0131r. Seyyah \u00c7elebi\u2019nin s\u00fcrekli vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu nokta, o d\u00f6nemde K\u00fcrdler aras\u0131nda ola\u011fan ve yayg\u0131n olan, meshepsel aidiyete ve idari temsiliyete at\u0131fta bulunmas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r. Yani Abbasi Halifeli\u011fi (768 \u2013 1258) kabul\u00fc ve Eyyubi h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131n idari devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir t\u00fcr temsiliyet g\u00f6revi yapt\u0131klar\u0131na ithafen kullan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Abbasi \u2013 Arap etnisitesine mensupluk de\u011fil yani.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eerefname adl\u0131 eserin yazar\u0131 ve Rojki K\u00fcrd H\u00fck\u00fcmeti han\u0131, \u00fcnl\u00fc devlet adam\u0131 \u015eerefxan\u00ea Bedlisi de 1597\u2019de tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 eserinin giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Abbasi halifesine de\u011finerek ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eerefxan, Abbasi halifesi El \u2013 Kadir Bilah Ahmed Bin \u0130shak bin El \u2013 Muktedir Billah Cafer d\u00f6neminde, Mervani K\u00fcrdlerinden Ahmed Bin Mervan\u2019\u0131n Diyarbekir ve Cezire\u2019de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak ilk h\u00fck\u00fcmdarl\u0131k g\u00f6revine getirildi\u011fini belirtir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u015eerefname\u2019nin \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc K\u0131s\u0131m- Birinci B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olan \u2018Bedlis H\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131n Eski Sultanlar\u0131nda G\u00f6rd\u00fckleri\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, Rojkili Melik E\u015fref\u2019in ad\u0131n\u0131 zikr ederek \u2018M\u0131s\u0131r ve \u015eam Sultanlar\u0131 olan Eyyubiler ad\u0131na burada h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcr\u00fcyordu ki, onlar\u0131n sultan\u0131 Melik E\u015fref\u2019in de \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f\u0131yd\u0131\u2019 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapar.<\/p>\n<p>Kendilerine Al-i Osmaniyan diyen Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n eyalet temsilcileri de K\u00fcrdler i\u00e7in \u2019kendilerinden Al-i Abbasi diye bahsederler\u2019 demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Mesela Seyahatnamede Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Van Beylerbeyi Melek Ahmed Pa\u015fa, Bitlis Rojkan H\u00fck\u00fcmeti han\u0131 olan Abdal Han\u2019a g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi (Temmuz 1655) nas\u0131hatnamede de ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde hitab etmektedir:<\/p>\n<p>\u2019\u2026 sen ki Abdal Han-\u0131 olarak \u201cAl-i Abbasiyan neslinden ve Sultan Evhadullah\u2019\u0131n \u0131rk-\u0131 tahirindenim\u201d diye gurur edersin\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Bu adland\u0131rmay\u0131 Melek Ahmed Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n di\u011fer bir yerde de kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. O tan\u0131mlama da Osmanl\u0131 birliklerinin Melek Ahmed Pa\u015fa komutas\u0131nda Bitlis\u2019e sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131nda, esirlerin azad edilmesi hususunu Evliya \u00c7elebi ile konu\u015fmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ge\u00e7er. Seyyah \u00c7elebi esirlerden k\u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 pa\u015fadan ister. Pa\u015fa da serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lacaklar\u0131n her biri i\u00e7in hatm-i \u015ferif okumas\u0131n\u0131 ister. \u00c7elebi ise hepsi i\u00e7in bir Fatiha okur. Ard\u0131ndan Evliya ve Pa\u015fa aras\u0131ndaki konu\u015fma \u015fu \u015fekilde yer al\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u2019Hakir (Ben) hizmet\u00e7ilerimle ve baz\u0131 Pa\u015fa \u00e7a\u015fnigirleriyle katlolunacak eli ba\u011fl\u0131 adamlardan 40 adet adam \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken 53 adam \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p getirdiler. Bunun \u00fczerine Pa\u015fa:<\/p>\n<p>\u2019Bre Evliya, bir Fatiha sebebiyle c\u00fcmlesini mi g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Hakir de:\u2019Sultan\u0131m, bu yi\u011fit \u2019emirim\u2019, dedi, bu \u2019Abd\u00fclkadir-i Geylani fukaras\u0131y\u0131m\u2019 dedi. Bu, \u2019Allah beni bu ba\u011flardan kurtar\u0131rsa Hacc-\u0131 \u015eerife giderim\u2019 dedi. Bu yi\u011fit \u2019Hazreti Halid Bin Velid evlad\u0131ndan\u0131m\u2019 dedi. Bu yi\u011fit Diyarbekir\u2019de benim sultan\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7a\u015fnigiri idi. Bu yi\u011fit ise \u2019K\u00fcrd\u00fcm ve Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131 neslindenim\u2019 dedi cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 ben s\u0131ralay\u0131nca, Pa\u015fa:<\/p>\n<p>\u2019Zaten b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrdler Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131\u2019ndan\u0131z diye ge\u00e7inirler, ancak i\u00e7lerinde Yezidi K\u00fcrdleri de vard\u0131r ki. Sen al onlar\u0131 da var git, yeter \u015fimden ger\u00fc\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin bu \u2019Abbasiler\u2019 adland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 f\u0131rsat bilen bir tak\u0131m yazar ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, seyahatnamede K\u00fcrdleri kapsayan ve \u00f6z\u00fcnde K\u00fcrdlerden ve Eyyubi K\u00fcrdlerinden bahseden bu k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131, Araplara ve tarihteki Arap Abbasilere (Abbas Bin Abdulmuttalip) mal etmeyi ye\u011flemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Halbuki bu ibarelerin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi t\u00fcm c\u00fcmleler ve paragraflar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi, sadece ve sadece K\u00fcrdleri ve Eyyubi K\u00fcrdlerini alakadar etti\u011fi okunduk\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rnek olarak:<\/p>\n<p>\u2019Van Eyaleti\u2019nde azil kabul etmez h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri bildirir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hukumet-i Hakkari-i Al-i Abbasiyan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2019Evvela hepsinden se\u00e7kin Hakkari Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131 H\u00fck\u00fcmeti:<\/p>\n<p>Van\u2019\u0131n k\u0131blesinde Vestan Kalesi, \u015eatak Kalesi ve Colemerg Kalesi\u2019nde bulunan ulu hanl\u0131kt\u0131r ki, 47 bin askere sahiptir. B\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131yafetleri alaca \u015fal u \u015fapiktir ki pa\u00e7alar\u0131 dilim dilimdir. Ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 kazan kadard\u0131r. Arkalar\u0131nda birer K\u00fcrd kalkanlar\u0131 ve ellerinde kupal adl\u0131 \u00e7evganlar\u0131 vard\u0131r\u2026.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hukumet-i Bitlis-i Al-i Abbasiyan han-\u0131 Abdal Han-\u0131 ali\u015f<\/strong><strong>and\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bunlara Rojki (Rojkan) kavmi derler. Hakk\u00e2ri kadar askere sahip de\u011fildir ama \u00fclkesi \u00e7oktur. Abdal Han\u2019\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve nimetleri K\u00fcrd halk\u0131na bol oldu\u011fundan b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrd kavmi, yanm\u0131\u015f, tutulmu\u015f ve onun kulu k\u00f6lesi olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu Han\u2019\u0131n sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda 50 bin nefer toplamaya g\u00fcc\u00fc yeter\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Bu adland\u0131rmay\u0131 seyyah Bitlis ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ki\u015fileri ve mekanlar\u0131 anlat\u0131rken de yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Evliya \u00c7elebi, anlat\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Bitlis b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u015eerefname\u2019nin yazar\u0131 \u015eerefxan\u00ea Bedlisi\u2019nin ad\u0131n\u0131 Sultan \u015eerefeddin-i Abbasi diye zikr etmektedir:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Evvela Rum, Arap ve Acem tarih\u00e7ileri, ger\u00e7ek Tarih\u00e7i M\u0131kdisi \u0130bn Beyhaki Yarmeni ve Sultan \u015eerefeddin Abbasi\u2019ye g\u00f6re ki, \u015eerefname sahibidir, Abbasio\u011fullar\u0131\u2019ndan \u015fanl\u0131 han\u0131n (Abdal Han) b\u00fcy\u00fck atas\u0131d\u0131r, onlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenilir s\u00f6zlerine g\u00f6re\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk ba\u015flarda Bitlis Rojkili K\u00fcrd Abbasolardan bahsedildi\u011fi san\u0131lsa da hem Hakkarideki K\u00fcrdler i\u00e7in hem de \u00f6zellikle Meyafarqin\u2019deki (Silvan) Eyyubiler ile Mo\u011fol Han\u0131 H\u00fclago aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015f i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 tabiri kullanmas\u0131, Abbasiler derken K\u00fcrdlerden bahsetti\u011finin ispat\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu ibareyi de sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcman K\u00fcrdler i\u00e7in kullanmakta, zira Yezidi K\u00fcrdleri i\u00e7in o ibareyi kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Eyyubi K\u00fcrdleri, Ahlat \u2013 Bitlis \u2013 Diyarbekir ve Hasankeyf\u2019e kadar olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6lgeyi uzun bir s\u00fcre (1200\u2019ler) y\u00f6netmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konuya dikkat \u00e7eken yazarlardan birisi de Alman akademisyen Wilhelm K\u00f6hler\u2019dir. 1928 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018K\u00fcrd \u015eehri Bitlis. Evliya \u00c7elebi Seyahatnamesinde Bitlis ve Halk\u0131\u2019 adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda K\u00f6hler \u015f\u00f6yle yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Evliya \u00c7elebi burada yan\u0131l\u0131yor. Abbasilerin temiz soyundan, Sultan Evhadullah\u2019\u0131n temiz k\u0131z\u0131d\u0131r ki, Bitlis \u015fehrinde y\u00fczlerce hay\u0131r eserleri vard\u0131r. Adeviyye tabiatl\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n bir ibret verici hayrat\u0131 da odur ki, Bitlis \u015fehrinden g\u00fcney tarafa e\u011fimli dere a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 giderken Kefender Kalesi yak\u0131n\u0131nda Deliklikaya adl\u0131 sert bir kayada kap\u0131 vard\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn t\u00fcccarlar, ziyaret\u00e7iler ve seyyahlar bu kap\u0131dan ge\u00e7meyince Bitlis \u015fehrine gelemez ve Hazzo Kalesi\u2019ne varamaz. Fakat, Bedlis \u015fehrinde \u2019Hatun Camii ve K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019 adlar\u0131yla bilinen bir cami ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc yapt\u0131ran \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hay\u0131rsever bir kad\u0131n\u0131, kayadan meydana gelmi\u015f bu seddi deldirmi\u015f ve kervanlar\u0131n, yolcular\u0131n bu delikli ta\u015ftan gelip ge\u00e7melerine elveri\u015fli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de ta\u015f\u0131n deli\u011fini geni\u015flettirmi\u015ftir\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Deliklita\u015f ge\u00e7idinin iki ayr\u0131 t\u00fcneli oldu\u011fu ve birinin Huma Hatun taraf\u0131ndan di\u011ferinin de Asur krali\u00e7esi Semiramis taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7t\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir\u00e7ok seyyah da dile getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>1913 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bitlis\u2019ten ge\u00e7en seyyah ve yazar William Waffield \u015f\u00f6yle yazar:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Bu daha yeni olan b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u00fcnelin hemen \u00fcst\u00fcnde, \u2018Semiramis Ge\u00e7iti (kap\u0131s\u0131)\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan ve Asurlular zaman\u0131ndan olan ba\u015fka bir t\u00fcnel de mevcut. Rivayete g\u00f6re bu t\u00fcneli, Van\u2019daki yazl\u0131k saray\u0131na gitmek i\u00e7in krali\u00e7e Semiramis a\u00e7t\u0131rm\u0131\u015f\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tam olarak hangi y\u00fczy\u0131lda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmeyen bu asilzade K\u00fcrd kad\u0131n\u0131 Huma Hatun\u2019un, 1000 \u2013 1100 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zl\u00fc edebiyata ait, halk aras\u0131ndaki anlat\u0131mlarda da kendisinden bahsedilen Huma Hatun\u2019un, zaman\u0131n\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve otorite olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fi ve hay\u0131rseverli\u011fiyle \u00fcnl\u00fc bir Rojki prensesi oldu\u011fu aktar\u0131l\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen Huma Hatun, babas\u0131na idari i\u015flerde de yard\u0131m da edermi\u015f. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemeleri, yol, k\u00f6pr\u00fc, cami, han, \u00e7e\u015fme ve di\u011fer mimari konulara ilgi g\u00f6sterirmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcccar, kervanc\u0131 ve gezginlerin Bitlis\u2019ten rahat ge\u00e7meleri ve \u015fehirde iyi konaklayabilmeleri i\u00e7in hanlar, \u00e7e\u015fmeler ve g\u00fczergahlar\u0131 yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f.
