Kitap, tarihi ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve belgelere dayal\u0131 olmaktan ziyade, M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131 Dr. Fehmi \u015einnavi\u2019nin, ki\u015fisel g\u00f6zlemlerine dayal\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck fakat anlaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayd\u0131. \u015einnavi\u2019nin kitaptaki t\u00fcm g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini benimsemesem de K\u00fcrdlerin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir topluluk olarak haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde dile getirmesi ilgimi \u00e7ekti.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Araplar, T\u00fcrkler, Farslar ve K\u00fcrdler, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun d\u00f6rt b\u00fcy\u00fck M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ulusu olarak bilinirler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu ve yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 7. y\u00fczy\u0131lda,\u00a0<b><strong>Araplar<\/strong><\/b>, b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019nda, Hicaz\u2019da ya\u015fayan bir halkt\u0131. M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da bile Arap varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yoktu. \u0130slam dinin kurucusu olarak, zaman i\u00e7inde kuzeyde, Suriye ve Mezopotamya\u2019ya; do\u011fuda \u0130ran, Orta Asya ve Hindistan\u2019a; bat\u0131da Kuzey Afrika\u2019ya do\u011fru yay\u0131ld\u0131lar. Peygamberden sonraki Emeviler d\u00f6neminde\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C4%B0slam\">\u0130slam<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arap_milliyet%C3%A7ili%C4%9Fi\">Arap milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi<\/a>\u00a0ekseninde geli\u015firken daha sonra \u0130slam Devleti olarak, yeni fetihlerle geni\u015fledi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Arap ulusu, yirmiden fazla devletin olu\u015ftu\u011fu bir co\u011frafyan\u0131n siyasi egemenli\u011fine sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezopotamya, \u0130ran, Van G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn g\u00fcneyinde ya\u015fayan\u00a0<b><strong>K\u00fcrdler<\/strong><\/b>, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 ilk kabul eden halklardand\u0131r. Halife \u00d6mer d\u00f6neminden itibaren, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 da olsa 7. yy sonlar\u0131 ve 8. yy ba\u015flar\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda \u0130slam dinini kabul ettiler. \u00d6zellikle 12-13 y\u00fczy\u0131llarda Eyy\u00fcbiler d\u00f6neminde, Ha\u00e7l\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterdikleri direnmelerle, adeta\u00a0<em>\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131<\/em>\u00a0olarak an\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<b><strong>Farslar<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0da \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 ilk kabul eden halklardand\u0131r. \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan fethedilmesinden sonra Farslar ve K\u00fcrdlerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu Sasani \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131 ve Farslar\u0131n da K\u00fcrdler gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015fma s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131. Daha sonra Farslar, \u00f6zellikle \u015eii \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131lar. Bu g\u00fcn \u201c\u0130ran \u0130slam Cumhuriyeti\u201d adl\u0131 bir devlete sahiptirler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu s\u0131ralarda hen\u00fcz Ortado\u011fu b\u00f6lgesinde bulunmayan\u00a0<b><strong>T\u00fcrkler\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>daha ge\u00e7 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131lar. \u00d6ncelikle Hazar G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn do\u011fusundaki T\u00fcrk gruplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, 7. yy sonlar\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015flayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015fma s\u00fcreci, 10. y\u00fczy\u0131la kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc ve 11. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Sel\u00e7uklar d\u00f6neminde tamamland\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemindeki Hilafet uygulamas\u0131ndan sonra, T\u00fcrk ulusu da \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n nimetlerinden faydaland\u0131!..<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Bu d\u00f6rt ulusun \u0130slamiyet\u2019le ili\u015fkisi, ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131, \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n konusudur. Konumuz bu de\u011fil.\u00a0\u00a0Araplar dinin kurucusu ve adeta sahibi olarak, T\u00fcrkler Osmanl\u0131 Hilafeti arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, Farslar \u015eii \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n koruyucusu olarak \u0130slam dininden ulus olarak faydalan\u0131rlarken K\u00fcrdler\u00a0<em>\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131<\/em>\u00a0olarak ve\u00a0<em>\u00fcmmetin yetimleri<\/em>\u00a0olarak kald\u0131lar. Bir g\u00fcn yine kitap\u00e7\u0131ya u\u011fray\u0131p \u00fc\u00e7 tane almak istedim. Kitap\u00e7\u0131 bana yakla\u015ft\u0131, hafif bir sesle, \u201cAbi polis misiniz?\u201d dedi. \u201cYok de\u011filim.\u201d dedim. Devam etti: \u201cKusura bakma Abi, bu kitab\u0131 toplu h\u00e2lde, genellikle polisler al\u0131yor, onun i\u00e7in sordum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitap hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma ve toplatma kararlar\u0131 vard\u0131. Bazen bulunuyor, bazen bulunmuyordu. Kitab\u0131n neden hemen t\u00fckendi\u011fi de anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu! K\u00fcrdlerin \u00e7o\u011funun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan haberdar bile olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitab\u0131n fark\u0131nda olanlar vard\u0131!..<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Fehmi \u015einnavi, konuya vicdanl\u0131, hatta demokrat\u00e7a yakla\u015f\u0131yor denilebilir. Bu y\u00fczden, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da, Irak\u2019ta, Suriye\u2019de, \u0130ran\u2019da ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, bu kitab\u0131 okuyan pek \u00e7ok kimsenin kitaptan \u00e7ok etkilendi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Bu kitapla, K\u00fcrdlere ve K\u00fcrd Sorunu\u2019na bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fen insanlar var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitab\u0131n yazar\u0131\u00a0<em>Dr. Fehmi \u015einnavi\u00a0<\/em>(1917-?), M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131 bir akademisyen. T\u0131p tahsili ve Bevliye dal\u0131nda Avrupa&#8217;da ihtisas yapt\u0131. M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;daki baz\u0131 \u00fcniversite hastanelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131, anabilim dal\u0131 ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bir s\u00fcre Musul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nde \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi olarak da \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Siyasal \u0130slam\u2019la ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da kitab\u0131 var, \u00f6nemli bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman-Arap ayd\u0131n\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015einnavi, \u201cBu kitab\u0131 neden yazd\u0131m?\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, Musul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde g\u00f6revli oldu\u011fu, K\u00fcrdleri yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ralarda (seksenli y\u0131llar\u0131n sonu, doksanl\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131), K\u00fcrdleri ve \u201cK\u00fcrd Sorunu\u201dnu nas\u0131l ke\u015ffetti\u011fini \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor<em>:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cK\u00fcrtlerle \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 diyaloglara giri\u015fti\u011fim y\u0131llar, benim Kuzey Irak&#8217;ta Musul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesinde ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlisi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m y\u0131llara denk d\u00fc\u015fer. O zaman dikkatimi \u00e7ekmi\u015fti: G\u00f6revli olarak bulundu\u011fum fak\u00fclte, K\u00fcrtlerin yo\u011fun olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgede faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu fak\u00fcltenin bir tek K\u00fcrt \u00f6\u011frencisi vard\u0131. Buna ra\u011fmen T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesinin hastanesinde yatan hastalar\u0131n en az d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenliydiler. Benim K\u00fcrt hastalar\u0131mla olan ileti\u015fimimi i\u015fte bu K\u00fcrt \u00f6\u011frenci sa\u011fl\u0131yordu. Koskoca fak\u00fcltede bir K\u00fcrt \u00d6\u011frencinin bulunmas\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131dan i\u015fime \u00e7ok yaram\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ama bu \u00f6\u011frenci d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden de rahatl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00fczere \u00e7ok yoksul bir ailenin \u00e7ocu\u011fuydu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Bir K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgesinde, hastalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu K\u00fcrtlerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nde bir tek K\u00fcrt \u00f6\u011frencinin okuyor olmas\u0131, ger\u00e7ekten beni \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<a href=\"https:\/\/m.nerinaazad2.com\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup><b><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/b><\/sup><\/a>\u00a0Bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra K\u00fcrtlerin bu \u00fcmmetin yetimleri oldu\u011fu sonucuna vard\u0131m<\/em>.<em>\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/m.nerinaazad2.com\/#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup><b><strong>[2]<\/strong><\/b><\/sup><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u015einnavi<\/em>\u00a0K\u00fcrdleri, \u201c\u0130slam m\u0131zra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131\u201d olarak da nitelendiriyor ve \u00f6zellikle Eyy\u00fcbiler d\u00f6neminde ve sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde K\u00fcrdlerin \u0130slam\u2019a b\u00fcy\u00fck hizmetler verdi\u011fini, buna kar\u015f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck haks\u0131zl\u0131klara u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, mazlumiyet ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015f\u00f6yle diyor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201c<b><strong><em>K\u00fcrt sorunu olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131k, riskli ve yak\u0131c\u0131 bir sorundur. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu ger\u00e7eklikleri kendi g\u00f6zlerimle m\u00fc\u015fahede etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 buldum.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<b><strong>\u00a0-III-<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda, Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funun da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te, Arap, Arnavut gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman topluluklar, Osmanl\u0131yla, T\u00fcrklerle yollar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131r\u0131rken T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015fu d\u00f6neminde ve sonras\u0131nda, di\u011fer bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman topluluk olan K\u00fcrdler, en \u00e7ok, \u201c\u00fcmmet karde\u015fli\u011fi\u201d, \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman karde\u015fli\u011fi\u201d s\u00f6ylemleriyle, ulusal haklar\u0131ndan uzak tutuldular. Bu tutum d\u00fcn b\u00f6yleydi bu g\u00fcn de \u00f6yle. Arap, T\u00fcrk, Fars milliyet\u00e7ilikleri me\u015fru g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken K\u00fcrdlere hep \u00fcmmet olma bilinci dayat\u0131ld\u0131, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ulus, d\u00f6rt devlet (\u0130ran, T\u00fcrkiye, Irak, Suriye), K\u00fcrd ulusal haklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mamak i\u00e7in gerekti\u011finde aralar\u0131nda paktlar kurdular, K\u00fcrdlere kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015fiddeti uygulad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok yerinde, \u00c7in\u2019de, Bosna\u2019da, \u00c7e\u00e7enya\u2019da, Gazze\u2019de M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n burnu kanasa aya\u011fa kalkanlar, K\u00fcrdlere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yapmaktan \u00e7ekinmeyenleri hep seyrettiler.<b><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Zilan\u2019da, Dersim\u2019de, Halep\u00e7e\u2019de, Rojava\u2019da, \u201ckarde\u015f\u201d denilenler, K\u00fcrdleri her t\u00fcrl\u00fc silahla, hatta zehirli gazlarla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrken \u201cdi\u011fer karde\u015flerden\u201d ses \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\/\u00e7\u0131km\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda, bir de nerelerden geldikleri ne olduklar\u0131 belli olmayan, bir k\u0131s\u0131m mobilize gruplardan olu\u015fan \u0130slami cihat \u00f6rg\u00fctleri \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ortaya. Onlar da K\u00fcrdlerin \u00fczerine sal\u0131n\u0131yor.<b><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>G\u00fcney\u2019de, Suriye\u2019de, Rojava K\u00fcrdistan\u0131\u2019nda, Kobani\u2019de olanlar, daha haf\u0131zalar\u0131m\u0131zda taptaze\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Arap, T\u00fcrk, Fars, hepsi kendi tarihleri, dilleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleriyle \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fcrler; K\u00fcrd tarihi, K\u00fcrd dili, K\u00fcrd haklar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olunca hemen, \u201cDin karde\u015fiyiz, hepimiz M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131z.\u201d s\u00f6ylemine ba\u015fvururlar.
