Yani, y\u00fcz y\u0131ld\u0131r bize demokrasi diye yutturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ama \u00f6z\u00fcnde padi\u015fahl\u0131\u011f\u0131n<em>\u00a0(otoriter me\u015frutiyetin)\u00a0<\/em>ana ekseninden pek de \u00e7\u0131kamayan bir Cumhuriyet&#8217;i s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme \u0131srar\u0131n\u0131n tak\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 halidir.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir halk hareketi oldu\u011funa dair bir kli\u015feyi bize, yani halka ezberletmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7uvala s\u0131\u011fd\u0131r\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir g\u00f6stergedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi neredeyse t\u00fcm insani g\u00f6stergelerde klasman alt\u0131 bir seviyede tutan ba\u015far\u0131(!)n\u0131n s\u0131rr\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130slam \u00fclkelerini horlayan ama Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne de giremeyen ayr\u0131ks\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n hazin \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bir insan haklar\u0131 sorunudur. Farkl\u0131 halklardan m\u00fcte\u015fekkil pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkede \u00e7ok dilli e\u011fitimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve birka\u00e7 da resmi dilin bulundu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnyada, \u00fclke n\u00fcfusunun be\u015fte birinin konu\u015ftu\u011fu dili ve bu etnitsitenin \u0131rksal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ink\u00e2r\u0131n trajik hik\u00e2yesidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u00a0<em>biz\u00a0<\/em>ve\u00a0<em>\u00f6tekiler<\/em>\u00a0diye ayr\u0131msand\u0131\u011f\u0131 arkaik bir \u00e7a\u011fda ya\u015faman\u0131n barbarca arzusudur. Kendisini kan\u0131tlamak i\u00e7in \u00f6tekini icat etmeye ve bu \u00f6tekili\u011fin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe sokulan bir k\u00f6le efendi diyalekti\u011fini kendi tarihsel mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131lma \u00e7abas\u0131;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentturkish.com\/tags\/k%C3%BCrtler\">K\u00fcrt<\/a>\u00a0kelimesini k\u00fcrt olarak yazman\u0131n ve hatta b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn silmenin\u00a0<em>-ne oldu\u011fu bilinmeyen bir dilin sessiz (dilsiz)&#8217;li\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmenin-<\/em>\u00a0sapk\u0131n tatmink\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bir din\u00ee sorundur. Ayr\u0131 bir Tanr\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmak veya ba\u015fka Tanr\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kullar\u0131 olmak ve hatta ba\u015fka bir t\u00fcr olmak gibi, kitaba ve hikmete muhalif bir sapk\u0131nl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Y\u00fcce T\u00fcrk \u0131rk\u0131&#8221;<\/em>na mensup olmamak ya da\u00a0<em>&#8220;se\u00e7kin&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0Hanefili\u011fe de\u011fil de \u015eafili\u011fe mensup olmak gibi bir mezhep\u00e7iliktir.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir tara\u011f\u0131n di\u015fleri gibi e\u015fit k\u0131lan bir dini, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015fla tahrif etmenin modernli\u011fi(!)dir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131n Allah ile ba\u015f ba\u015fa kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 o ibadet (Tanr\u0131 ile hemhal olma) vaktine bile \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 bir bask\u0131lay\u0131\u015fla m\u00fcdahil olan, Tanr\u0131 ile kul aras\u0131na ars\u0131zca giren, girme hakk\u0131n\u0131 kendisinde g\u00f6ren bir m\u00fcstekbirliktir.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi dilleriyle ibadet edenleri ter\u00f6rle su\u00e7layacak kadar vehimler i\u00e7erisinde olan bir kendini bilmezliktir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr sorunudur.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentturkish.com\/tags\/medine-s%C3%B6zle%C5%9Fmesi\">Medine S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/a>\u00a0ile farkl\u0131 dilleri ve dinleri bir arada ya\u015famaya (bir \u00fcmmet olmaya) raz\u0131 eden bir Peygamber&#8217;in \u00e7o\u011fulculu\u011funu ulusalc\u0131 bir tekilli\u011fe indirgemenin sadece T\u00fcrkiye ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmayan bir \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok dilli ve \u00e7ok dinli Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne \u00fcye olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, \u00fclkesindeki farkl\u0131 etnisiteleri, dilleri, dinleri ve hatta mezhepleri bile yok saymay\u0131 veya azgeli\u015fmi\u015flikle itham etmeyi marifet bilmenin y\u00fczs\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Her dilde t\u00fcrk\u00fc s\u00f6ylenen bir \u00fclkede t\u00fcrk\u00fcy\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn temel ko\u015fulu, bir varolma bi\u00e7imi haline getirmi\u015f bir halk\u0131n dilini koparmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentturkish.com\/tags\/dengbej\">Dengbejlik<\/a>\u00a0gibi otantik bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ya\u015fatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnden silme \u00e7abas\u0131d\u0131r. Anadolu&#8217;nun \u00e7ok renkli, \u00e7ok dinli ve \u00e7ok dilli k\u00fclt\u00fcrel co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131 silerek, bu topraklar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015ftirmenin ilkelce arzusudur.<\/p>\n<p>Arap\u00e7an\u0131n, Fars\u00e7an\u0131n silindi\u011fi bir co\u011frafyadan K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi de silme u\u011fra\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015finde b\u0131rak(maya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f)t\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentturkish.com\/tags\/fa%C5%9Fizm\">fa\u015fizm<\/a>i bu \u00fclkede diriltmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Dahas\u0131 kendi etnik k\u00f6kenlerini T\u00fcrkl\u00fckle \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan muhacirlerin yerli halklar\u0131 yerlerinden etmeye dair bir alt fa\u015fizmidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu fa\u015fizm(ler)in uygulamaya koydu\u011fu bir i\u00e7 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmasak i\u00e7inse t\u00fcm s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeciler gibi bir azgeli\u015fmi\u015flik edebiyat\u0131 \u00fcreten, \u0131rkla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir halk\u0131 ucuz i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fe ve az vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa raz\u0131 etmeye ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da kapitalizme a\u00e7maya azmeden bir ge\u00e7 kalm\u0131\u015f\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentturkish.com\/tags\/%C4%B1rk%C3%A7%C4%B1l%C4%B1k\">\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k<\/a>t\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bir dil sorunudur.\u00a0<em>&#8220;G\u00f6klerin ve yerin yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile dillerinizin ve renklerinizin farkl\u0131 olu\u015fu da O&#8217;nun \u00e2yetlerindendir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki bunda bilenler i\u00e7in nice ibretler vard\u0131r&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0(Rum, 22) ayetinde ifade edilen f\u0131tri ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi ink\u00e2r etmek; ana s\u00fct\u00fc gibi helal ve kutsal olan bir hakk\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu f\u0131tri hakk\u0131n tanr\u0131sal bir hak oldu\u011funu anlamamazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n izans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihleri y\u00fcz seneyi bile bulmayan bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin ba\u015far\u0131yla ve insanca s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7ok dilli ve \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc bir medenile\u015fmenin yerine bir t\u00fcr vandall\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n atac\u0131l k\u0131vanc\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131l\u0131klarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n her \u00fcrk\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnde Onuncu Y\u0131l Mar\u015f\u0131&#8217;na ve And\u0131m\u0131z&#8217;a s\u0131\u011f\u0131nman\u0131n \u00e7ocuksu tepkisidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u015fular\u0131yla birlikte bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015famaktan ve krizleri kritiklerle a\u015fman\u0131n elbirli\u011fi zahmetine katlanmaktansa, kabaday\u0131 bir eda ile h\u0131r \u00e7\u0131kararak etrafa korku salma d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcne indirgenmi\u015f bir hoyratl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu temelde siyasal bir sorundur. Siyasetin farkl\u0131 seslerin bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil de temsilinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00e7ok seslile\u015fme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yerine, t\u00fcm farkl\u0131 seslerin k\u0131s\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya susturuldu\u011fu bir zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u00fcz y\u0131l i\u00e7erisindeki ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerden ders \u00e7\u0131karamayan bir eblehli\u011fin bir kez daha d\u0131\u015favurumudur.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel y\u00f6netimlerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine dair AB \u015fart\u0131n\u0131, buradan bir \u00f6zerkle\u015fme \u00e7\u0131kar korkusuyla reddeden ve bu korkuyla AB&#8217;ye bile girmekten ka\u00e7\u0131nan, bu klasman alt\u0131 konumu bile i\u00e7ine sindiren ama bunu da bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc alenile\u015ftiremeyen bir kaypakl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Arada kalma&#8221;<\/em>n\u0131n bu olumsuz ve sinik bi\u00e7imiyle hem AB&#8217;yi hem de K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, varmas\u0131 muhtemel t\u00fcm olumluluklardan da uzakla\u015fan bir ak\u0131ls\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kendisine sadece bir arada ya\u015famaya dair de\u011fil, birlikte siyaset yapma gibi bir f\u0131rsat\u0131n sunuldu\u011fu bir \u00e7o\u011fulcula\u015fma imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 geriye \u00e7evirerek, tekd\u00fczeli\u011fin avuntusuna mahk\u00fbm olman\u0131n aptalca yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Siyasetin kelle avc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak kelimenin tam anlam\u0131yla demokratik bir \u00e7o\u011fullu\u011fa evrilmesinin gere\u011fini bilmezlikten gelen, beri yandan ise\u00a0<em>&#8220;Anadolu irfan\u0131&#8221;<\/em>n\u0131 dilinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyen bir irfans\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bir iktisadi sorundur. Gelirinin \u00e7o\u011funu zoraki icat edilen ve bir varolma \u015fart\u0131 haline getirilen ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadeleye ve askeri harcamalara ay\u0131ran, siyasetin en basit tezah\u00fcrlerini bile bir g\u00fcvenlik sorunu addederek dikkatini bu alanlarda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131ran bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azgeli\u015fmi\u015fli\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>Halk\u0131n\u0131 ezerek, s\u00f6m\u00fcrerek ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrterek, \u00fcstelik de acentelik etti\u011fi bu i\u00e7 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc sanki hi\u00e7 kimsenin bilmedi\u011fi bir stratejiymi\u015f gibi takdim ederek iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin rezilli\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalizme kulla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi halk\u0131 kadar buna direnen K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 da bu oyuna sokan ve bu i\u015fbirli\u011fine mahk\u00fbm k\u0131lan bir al\u00e7alman\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fterek s\u00f6ylemidir.<\/p>\n<p>Hayat\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli k\u0131vanc\u0131n\u0131 askeri ba\u015far\u0131lara indirgeyen, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde silah \u00fcretimine hasreden, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektense \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyi tercih eden yaban\u0131l bir kabileci paradigman\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcmona \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halk\u0131n\u0131n sofras\u0131ndaki ekme\u011fi (\u00e7)alarak silahlanmaya sermaye k\u0131lan militarizme, sosyopolitik sorunlar\u0131n m\u00fczakerelerle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilece\u011finin ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7erisinde insanca ya\u015fan\u0131labilece\u011finin \u00f6\u011fretilememesi sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu fark\u0131na pek de var\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f olan bir ekolojik sorundur. Endemik bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilmesiyle ilgili insani bir ihtimamla imtihan meselesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Onun da \u00f6tesinde bir yurdun topraklar\u0131n\u0131n, bu her neye mal olursa olsun, s\u00f6zgelimi o yurdun s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 geni\u015flesin ya da darals\u0131n, bombalanamayaca\u011f\u0131na, at\u0131lan her bomban\u0131n bir \u00e7evre felaketi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir duyarl\u0131l\u0131k, bir insani geli\u015fmi\u015flik ve sorumluluk sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bir halk\u0131n co\u011frafyas\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmi\u015fli\u011fine, bu i\u00e7 i\u00e7eli\u011fin kutsal mahremiyetinin dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131na r\u0131za sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Dilin, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, de\u011ferlerin binlerce y\u0131lda olu\u015fan sesini anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n insanili\u011fini ve onu her ne i\u00e7in olursa olsun yok etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n barbarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlayabilme, yani bir izan sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Daralman\u0131n sadece co\u011frafyay\u0131 kaybederek de\u011fil, de\u011ferlerini, sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sevgiye ve r\u0131zaya dayal\u0131 ili\u015fkilerini yitirerek de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini; co\u011frafyalar\u0131n sadece topra\u011f\u0131n de\u011fil, k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin de kaybedilerek \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fti\u011fini; bu \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fmenin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tekd\u00fczeli\u011fi g\u00f6rebilme, bu kurakl\u0131kla i\u00e7inin yanmas\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yok ederken kendi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kaybetti\u011finin anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel varl\u0131k olarak insan\u0131n, bir t\u00fcr olmaktan \u00f6te ve \u00f6zel bir de\u011fer oldu\u011funu anlayabilme; aksinin bir yaban\u0131ll\u0131k, bundan kurtulu\u015fun ise kelimenin tam anlam\u0131yla bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme oldu\u011funa vukufiyet sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt sorunu bu \u00fclkenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde y\u00fcz y\u0131ld\u0131r bekledi\u011fi bir e\u015fi\u011fi atlay\u0131p atlayamamaya, insanl\u0131k de\u011ferleri i\u00e7erisinde kalarak yurtlanmaya, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da yurdunu kaybetme korkular\u0131ndan kurtulu\u015fa (ergenle\u015fmeye\/r\u00fc\u015fte) dair psikanalitik bir sorundur.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131za yak\u0131\u015fan vakur, sade&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0bir insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n, korkular\u0131ndan kurtulman\u0131n ve medenile\u015fmenin temel ko\u015fuludur.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da K\u00fcrt sorunu temelde bir T\u00fcrk sorunudur.
