Bu istilalardan sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Pers devletleri ve Firdevsi gibi edebiyat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7abalar\u0131yla farkl\u0131 bir formda yeniden diriltildi.<\/p>\n<p>Fas, Cezayir, Tunus, Libya, M\u0131s\u0131r, Mali ve Nijer gibi \u00fclkelerde konu\u015fulan, M.\u00d6 200 y\u0131l\u0131na ait yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinleri bulunan Amazig\/Berberi dilleri de Arap istilalar\u0131yla ortadan kalkt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Son iki as\u0131rda ise K\u00fcrt\u00e7e s\u00fcrekli takibata u\u011frad\u0131, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yay\u0131nlar yasakland\u0131, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fanlar cezaland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde K\u00fcrdistan da\u011flar\u0131 ve zozanlar\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e i\u00e7in do\u011fal bir kale i\u015flevi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e en eski formlar\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korudu.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak teknoloji \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda, devlet g\u00fcvencesi olmadan bir dilin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmesi \u00e7ok zor. Art\u0131k en \u00fccra da\u011f k\u00f6ylerine bile egemen k\u00fclt\u00fcr ula\u015f\u0131p, do\u011fal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yutabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin sorunu sadece devlet g\u00fcvencesinden yoksun olmas\u0131 da de\u011fil. Anadilde e\u011fitimin \u201ck\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7izgi\u201d olmas\u0131 bundan.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n K\u00fcrtler ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir direni\u015f sergiliyor. K\u00fcrt okumu\u015flar\u0131 bilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi tercih ediyor, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yaz\u0131yor, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yay\u0131nlar yap\u0131yor, dil kurslar\u0131, dernekler, enstit\u00fcler kuruluyor, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fma yeminleri ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7eyrek as\u0131rd\u0131r, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e art\u0131k K\u00fcrt do\u011fanlar\u0131n ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilmeyenlerin de\u011fil, se\u00e7kin bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n diline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>On milyonlarca K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocu\u011funun eski ku\u015faklar gibi K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fabilmesi, ailelerin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc gayretleriyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu \u00e7abay\u0131 g\u00f6sterse de, t\u00fcm elektronik cihazlar, \u00e7izgi filmler, oyunlar, onlarca \u00e7ocuk kanal\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131da tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n dili T\u00fcrk\u00e7e oldu\u011fundan, bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenip konu\u015fmas\u0131 adeta imk\u00e2ns\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6rt-be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren kre\u015f ve okullara giden \u00e7ocuklar hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7eden olu\u015ftu\u011funu, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin hi\u00e7bir alanda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp do\u011fal olarak\u00a0 T\u00fcrk\u00e7ele\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum K\u00fcrtlerde kimlik sorunlar\u0131na, ki\u015filik k\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131na ve psikolojik travmalara yol a\u00e7abiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ember gittik\u00e7e daral\u0131yor, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e bo\u011fuluyor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n K\u00fcrtlerdeki reaksiyonu hafifletmek, olas\u0131 sosyal ve siyasal k\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in ve a\u011fza bal \u00e7almak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk devleti k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa baz\u0131 tavizler vermek zorunda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Orta dereceli okullar\u0131n 5, 6, 7 ve 8. s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda haftada sadece iki saat se\u00e7meli ders imk\u00e2n\u0131 bunlardan biri.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn devede kulak, deryada damla olarak g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz bu t\u00fcr kazan\u0131mlar kimsenin minnet ve ikram\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f de\u011fil. Aksine T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin egemenleri, diri diri mezara g\u00f6m\u00fclen K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin mezar kaz\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ve katili olmakta \u0131srarc\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ana s\u00fct\u00fc gibi helal ve su gibi ihtiya\u00e7 olan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e bug\u00fcn e\u011fitim dili de\u011filse ve g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne yok oluyorsa, sorumlusu hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r iktidar ve muktedir olanlar ve onlar\u0131n destek\u00e7ileridir. Onlar\u0131n yerinde ba\u015fkas\u0131 olsayd\u0131 ayn\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, hatta beterini yapard\u0131 bahanesi, bu zulm\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 olamaz. M\u0131zrak \u00e7uvala s\u0131\u011fmaz.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn idari engelleme ve bariyerleri a\u015f\u0131p K\u00fcrt\u00e7e se\u00e7meli dersi alabilen az\u0131c\u0131k bir kesim, haftada 40 saatin sadece 2 saatinde K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenebilecek. Geriye kalan t\u00fcm okul ve sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e devam edecek. K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi hi\u00e7bir tahta ve tabelada g\u00f6rmeyecek, hi\u00e7bir e\u011fitmen ve \u00f6\u011fretmenden duymayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Bu bile K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in mucize. U\u00e7suz bucaks\u0131z bir \u00e7\u00f6lde susuzluktan \u00f6l\u00fcme terkedilen biri i\u00e7in bir damla suyun mucize olmas\u0131 gibi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131na \u00e7ocu\u011fumu g\u00f6ndermem diyenlerden de\u011filse, \u00e7ocu\u011funu okula g\u00f6nderen her K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn K\u00fcrt\u00e7e se\u00e7meli ders tercihinde bulunmas\u0131 bir onur meselesi.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet din, ahlak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6\u011fretemez, \u00f6\u011fretmemeli. Ancak dil, matematik, biyoloji gibi teknik konularda e\u011fitim vermek devletin temel sorumlulu\u011fu ve varl\u0131k sebeplerinden. Y\u0131llard\u0131r se\u00e7meli K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dersini boykot edenlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131l tutulmas\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r gibi de\u011fil. \u00c7ocu\u011funa T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, T\u00fcrk tarihi gibi onlarca dersi ald\u0131r\u0131yor ama se\u00e7meli K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dersini ald\u0131rmayarak K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011fe hizmet etti\u011fini san\u0131yor!<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt hareketleri K\u00fcrt\u00e7eye gereken de\u011feri vermiyor. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e politikalar\u0131 yok. K\u00fcrt\u00e7eyi bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 olarak benimseyip eylemselle\u015ftirmiyor. Oysa davan\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc ve esas\u0131 K\u00fcrtl\u00fck, K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn de \u00f6z\u00fc ve esas\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e.<\/p>\n<p>Bari b\u0131\u00e7ak kemi\u011fe dayanm\u0131\u015fken K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyulsun. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hesaplar, ideolojik saplant\u0131lar ve dinsel masallarla eldeki imk\u00e2nlar heba edilmesin.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 orta dereceli okullarda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e se\u00e7meli dersi 12 \u015eubat g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar tercih etmeli, t\u00fcm ilgililer konunun takip\u00e7isi olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e siyaset malzemesi yap\u0131lacak bir konu de\u011fil. Pop\u00fclarite ve prestij arac\u0131 de\u011fil. K\u00fcrtlerin sesi, solu\u011fu. Kim sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor, bir taraf\u0131ndan tutuyorsa, sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi onurudur. K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse her g\u00fcn Filistin i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcten H\u00fcda Par se\u00e7meli derslere s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir destek kampanyas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Hat\u0131rlanacak olursa daha \u00f6nce de, AKP\u2019nin beyin tak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u0130hsan Arslan \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ama\u00e7 ve niyet ne olursa olsun, s\u00f6ylenen ve yap\u0131lan do\u011frudur. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6nmemi\u015f, vicdan\u0131 kurumam\u0131\u015f her K\u00fcrt bir g\u00fcn mutlaka K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin ve K\u00fcrt kimli\u011finin nas\u0131l insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir zul\u00fcmle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu itiraf edecek.
