K\u00fcrd ulusal tarihinde e\u015fi pek az rastlanan Halil Hayali\u2019nin K\u00fcrd toplumunda tan\u0131nmamas\u0131 bir eksikliktir. \u00dcz\u00fclerek s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse, bu t\u00fcr eksiklikler K\u00fcrd\u2019lerde ulus bilincinin yeterince geli\u015femedi\u011fiyle ancak izah edilebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu t\u00fcr ulusal duyars\u0131zl\u0131klar K\u00fcrd\u2019ler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok tehlikeli bir durumdur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ulus bilincinin yeterince geli\u015fmedi\u011fi bir toplumun t\u00fcm ulusal de\u011ferleri birer-birer ya\u015famdan ve tarihten silinip yok olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Modan a\u015firetine mensup olan Halil Hayali, K\u00fcrd mirliklerin hen\u00fcz sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 1864\u2019te Bitlis\u2019in Mutki il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Zender k\u00f6y\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyaya gelir. B\u00f6ylece K\u00fcrd k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve tarihinin hen\u00fcz dejenere olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme tan\u0131kl\u0131k etme\u011fe ba\u015flar. 1882\u2019den itibaren Bitlis ve Siirt\u2019te tapu idaresinde devlet memuru olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Daha sonra bilinmeyen nedenlerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc 1890\u2019larda \u0130stanbul\u2019a g\u00f6\u00e7 eder. \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fcksek tahsil yapan Halil Hayali, bir yandan da memuriyetini \u0130stanbul Halkal\u0131 Y\u00fcksek Ziraat Mektebinde mali muhasebeci olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Kendisi gibi Bitlis\u2019in Mutki il\u00e7esinden olan me\u015fhur Zaro a\u011fayla \u0130stanbul\u2019da yolu kesi\u015fir. Zaro a\u011fan\u0131n \u0130stanbul\u2019da ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrd hamallar toplulu\u011fuyla ili\u015fkiler kurar. Bir yandan \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olan bu hamal toplulu\u011fu ile ili\u015fki kurarken, di\u011fer yandan \u0130stanbul\u2019da bulunan di\u011fer K\u00fcrd\u2019lerin ulus bilincine eri\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan ba\u015fka \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc faaliyetlerde de yer al\u0131r. K\u00fcrd Ne\u015fr-i Maarif Cemiyeti ile K\u00fcrd Terakki ve Teav\u00fcn Cemiyeti\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131nda da g\u00f6rev al\u0131r. Kurulu\u015funda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer bir \u00f6rg\u00fct ise, K\u00fcrd \u00f6\u011frenci dernekleridir. K\u00fcrd \u00f6\u011frencilere okumalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ederek: \u201cbe\u015fikten mezara kadar ilim aray\u0131n\u0131z, okullar a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131za ilim \u00f6\u011fretiniz\u201d \u015feklinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 telkinle, K\u00fcrd gen\u00e7lerine e\u011fitimin \u00f6nemini anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, Osmanl\u0131 devleti taraf\u0131ndan K\u00fcrd Mirliklerine son verilmesiyle \u0130stanbul\u2019a s\u00fcr\u00fclen K\u00fcrd beylerinden Bedirhani\u2019ler, Baban\u2019lar ve Nehri\u2019lerle zamanla dostluklar kurar. Bedirhan Beyin torunlar\u0131ndan Kamuran, Celadet ve S\u00fcreyya Bedirhan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fini yapan d\u00f6neminin Ehmed-\u00ea Xani\u2019si say\u0131lan geleneksel K\u00fcrd edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli kalemlerinden K\u00fcrdolog Haci Kadir\u2019\u00e9 Koyi ile ahbap olur. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiir m\u0131sralar\u0131n\u0131 tesirli bir ok gibi kullanan Hac\u0131 Kadir\u2019\u00e9 Koyi\u2019den sonderece etkilenir. Haci Kadir\u2019\u00ea Koyi: \u201cnerde Mirliklerimiz, nerde beyliklerimiz, nerde k\u00f6\u015fk ve saraylar\u0131m\u0131z, nerde K\u00fcrd ve K\u00fcrdi duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u201d gibi \u015fiir dizeleriyle tarihe ge\u00e7mi\u015f, ulus bilincine sahip ender bir K\u00fcrd \u015fairdir.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, d\u00fcz yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda Hac\u0131 Kadir\u2019\u00e9 Koyi gibi yo\u011fun ulus bilinciyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrd\u00e7e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ulusal \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi bir misyon bilerek, yirmi y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcrede bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fiye K\u00fcrd\u00e7e dersler vermi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrd\u00e7e\u2019nin t\u00fcm leh\u00e7elerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bir\u00e7ok yabanc\u0131 dil de bilmektedir. G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, o d\u00f6nemde yay\u0131nlanan Hetawi Kurd, Roji Kurd, Jin, Yekbun gibi bir\u00e7ok K\u00fcrd\u00e7e gazete ve dergilerde de yaz\u0131lar yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle K\u00fcrd\u00e7e s\u00f6zl\u00fck ve dilbilgisi alanlar\u0131nda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>XX.yy\u2019\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda beliren modern K\u00fcrd milliyet\u00e7i hareketinin \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131nda nitelikli bir ulus bilincinin K\u00fcrd\u2019lerde olu\u015fmas\u0131na soluksuz katk\u0131 sunmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, teorik ve pratik alanlarda pek \u00e7ok entelekt\u00fcel giri\u015fim ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, ikinci me\u015frutiyetle beraber, K\u00fcrd siyasi akt\u00f6r ve cemiyetleriyle ili\u015fkisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrerek, d\u00f6nemin siyasi atmosferi i\u00e7erisinde olduk\u00e7a aktif rol al\u0131r. Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019le beraber K\u00fcrd alfabe ve grameri \u00fczerinde verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Ziya G\u00f6kalp daha sonra J\u00f6nt\u00fcrk\u2019lerin etkisinde kal\u0131nca, ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki K\u00fcrd duygular\u0131n\u0131 tamamen yitirir. Halil Hayali, beraber \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 K\u00fcrd alfabe ve gramer tasla\u011f\u0131n\u0131 G\u00f6kalp\u2019ten geri ister, fakat G\u00f6kalp \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hepsini yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek kitaplar\u0131 vermez. Bu nedenle maalesef Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019le beraber yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fmaz. S\u00f6z konusu, alfabe ve grameri daha sonra yeniden ele al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, daima ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n gereklili\u011fi \u00fczerinde durmu\u015ftur. Bu konudaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini \u015f\u00f6yle dile getirerek: \u201ct\u00fcm halklar devletle\u015fti, biz neden devlet olmayal\u0131m, ey ulema-yi navdar, ey n\u00fcfus ve iktidar sahibi K\u00fcrd liderleri, iyice biliniz ki, milletimizin hayat\u0131, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n selameti sizin ittifak\u0131n\u0131zda, gayretinizde ve hamiyetinizdedir\u201d demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Daima milli yelpazede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Halil Hayali, art\u0131k \u201cmilli onur\u201d unvan\u0131yla tan\u0131nma\u011fa ba\u015flar. Bu unvan, Said-\u00ea M\u0131ksi y\u00e2da Nursi (Nur Cemaat lideri) taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lan \u201c\u0130ki mekteb-i Musibetin \u015eahadetnamesi\u201d isimli eserde kendisine yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, K\u00fcrd tarih ve edebiyat\u0131nda s\u00f6z sahibi olan ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Amasya\u2019da valilik yapan S\u00fcleymaniye\u2019li K\u00fcrd \u015fair Pirem\u00e9rd(Tevfik Mahmut Hamza)\u2019le de s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7erisindedir. Pirem\u00eard, bir\u00e7ok yaz\u0131s\u0131nda Halil Hayali\u2019den \u00f6vg\u00fcyle bahsetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm K\u00fcrd \u015fahsiyetleriyle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Cemilpa\u015fazade\u2019lerden Kadri Bey\u2019lede tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kadri bey, yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 otobiyografyas\u0131nda, Halil Hayali\u2019nin 1909\u2019da K\u00fcrd me\u015frutiyet mektebinde \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ralarda, K\u00fcrd alfabesi \u00fczerinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine ihtiramla vurgu yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, 1940 tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019da Musa Anter\u2019le de tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r. O d\u00f6nem ziraat m\u00fchendisli\u011finden emekli olmu\u015f ve olduk\u00e7a ya\u015fl\u0131d\u0131r. Musa Anter onun i\u00e7in \u00f6vg\u00fc dolu uzun c\u00fcmleler kurarak: olduk\u00e7a k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc oldu\u011funu, kalbi ve g\u00f6zleri vatan a\u015fk\u0131yla parlayan p\u0131r\u0131l-p\u0131r\u0131l bir ihtiyar oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler. Halil Hayali, elindeki bir\u00e7ok belge ve bilgiyi yeni nesillere aktarmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Musa Anter\u2019e verir. Fakat Musa Anter, bu belgeleri zamanla kaybederek maalesef muhafaza edemez.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Emin Bozarslan da, Halil Hayali\u2019nin analitik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme yetisine sahip \u00f6nemli bir K\u00fcrd yurtseveri oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere, Arnavut\u2019lar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, Osmanl\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgesi olan t\u00fcm halklar ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k hareketlerine ba\u015flay\u0131nca, haliyle K\u00fcrd\u2019ler de ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak bu atmosferden etkilenir. Bu nedenle, J\u00f6nt\u00fcrk hareketinin bask\u0131s\u0131 t\u00fcm halklara y\u00f6neldi\u011fi gibi, K\u00fcrd\u2019lere de y\u00f6nelir. K\u00fcrd\u2019ler ise, J\u00f6nt\u00fcrk bask\u0131lar\u0131na isyanlarla cevap verir. \u00d6rne\u011fin 1907-1913 \u015eeyh Abdulselam Barzani isyan\u0131 ile, 1914 Mele Selim isyan\u0131 bunlardan birka\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde dil, kimlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olan bir \u201cK\u00fcrd ya\u015fam\u0131\u201d benimseyen Halil Hayali, bu iki isyanla da ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir. Halil Hayali\u2019nin zaman-zaman dile getirdi\u011fi bir dizesinde: \u201cK\u00fcrdistan, sen ne kadar mukaddes, ne kadar latifsin\u201d derken, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve kutsiyetine vurgu yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali\u2019nin ya\u015fam\u0131na s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ulusal faaliyetlerinin panoramas\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, adeta \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Ahmed\u2019\u00e9 Hani(Ehmed\u2019\u00ea Xani)\u2019si olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. 120 y\u0131l evvel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir K\u00fcrdistan fikrini savunmu\u015f olan Halil Hayali, bug\u00fcn belirsiz projelerle kuzey K\u00fcrd\u2019lerini ulus bilincinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p \u201cba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u00fcrdistan fikrini \u00e7\u00f6pe att\u0131k\u201d diyen mevcut siyasal hareketten adeta 120 y\u0131l ileride oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali 1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da vefat edip mezar\u0131 Ankara Cebeci asri mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bulunmaktad\u0131r. Tamamen unutulan mezar\u0131, alt\u0131 y\u0131l evvel tesad\u00fcfen birileri taraf\u0131ndan bulunmu\u015ftu. Mermerden yap\u0131l\u0131 mezar\u0131 onca ge\u00e7en zamana ra\u011fmen iyi korunmu\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. Modan a\u015firetine mensup olu\u015fu nedeniyle mezar ta\u015f\u0131nda \u201cHalil Hayali Modan\u201d olarak yaz\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Alt\u0131 y\u0131l evvel bir grup duyarl\u0131 arkada\u015fla beraber mezar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret edip, bas\u0131n\u0131n da takip etti\u011fi bir anma t\u00f6reni d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftik.<\/p>\n<p>Halil Hayali, K\u00fcrd Mirliklerinin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonraki sanc\u0131l\u0131 s\u00fcrecin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrd ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki onurlu yerini hakk\u0131yla kazanm\u0131\u015f sayg\u0131n bir ki\u015filiktir. Tarihe mal olmu\u015f bu t\u00fcr ulusal nitelikli \u015fahsiyetlerin mutlaka kolektif haf\u0131zaya kaz\u0131nmas\u0131 laz\u0131md\u0131r.
