Konum, Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n milliyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil. Ancak bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n milleti ile fedakarane bir alaka duymas\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle baz\u0131 dindar \u00e7evrelerce dile getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130slam inanc\u0131 ile bir \u00e7eli\u015fkiye sebep olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n \u2013bence- gizli kalm\u0131\u015f bir pasaj\u0131ndan aktarmak istedim.<\/p>\n<p>Bedi\u00fczzaman, milletine kar\u015f\u0131 bu \u201c<strong>fedakarane alakay\u0131<\/strong>\u201d \u00e7e\u015fitli zamanlarda ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Yine kendi ifadesi ile \u201c<strong>K\u00fcrtl\u00fc\u011fe intisab\u0131<\/strong>\u201d cihetiyle K\u00fcrtleri uyand\u0131rmak ve ilerlemelerini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli fikirleri vard\u0131. Bunun gibi, \u0130slamiyet milliyeti ba\u011f\u0131 ile de di\u011fer intisaplar\u0131 olan \u201c\u0130slamiyet, mariff-i \u0130slamiye, Ulema, talebelik, Osmanl\u0131l\u0131k, hilafet, \u0130ttihad-\u0131 Muhammedi\u201d konular\u0131nda da fikirlerini dile getirmekteydi[3].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bir Neden Denemesi ya da Bedi\u00fczzaman ve K\u00fcrtlerin Milletle\u015fmesi Bilinci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kendi deyimi ile vatan hastanesinde oturan bir doktor gibi, asr\u0131n ve bu as\u0131r insanlar\u0131n\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fhis eden Bedi\u00fczzaman, tespit etti\u011fi hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 re\u00e7eteler yaz\u0131yordu[4]. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Araplar i\u00e7in, tembellikten kurtulmalar\u0131[5], T\u00fcrklerin ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 yutmakla beslenen \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131ktan (menfi milliyetten) uzak durmalar\u0131[6], milliyet bilincine sahip olmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in kuvvetleri da\u011f\u0131lan, kendilerine ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara bu da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131ktan dolay\u0131 zarar veren K\u00fcrtlerin de milliyet fikri ile birbirlerine kenetlenmeleri gerekti\u011fini[7]\u00a0re\u00e7etelerinde yaz\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Biz, bu yaz\u0131da konumuz olmas\u0131 itibariyle Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n K\u00fcrtlerin birli\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131karmaya te\u015febb\u00fcs etti\u011fi gazete i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcracaata, te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn nedenlerine ve K\u00fcrtler birli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik re\u00e7etelerinden olu\u015fan birka\u00e7 noktaya de\u011finmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bedi\u00fczzaman K\u00fcrtlere; \u201cEy Asuriler ve Keyan\u00eeler\u2019in cihangirlik zaman\u0131nda pi\u015fdar (\u00f6nc\u00fc), kahraman as\u00adkerleri olan arslan K\u00fcrdler! Be\u015f y\u00fcz senedir yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yeter. Art\u0131k uyan\u0131n\u0131z, sabaht\u0131r. Yoksa sahray\u0131 vah\u015fette, vah\u015fet ve gaflet sizi garet (ya\u011fma-layacakt\u0131r) edecektir\u201d[8]\u00a0diye hitap ettikten sonra,<strong>uyanmamalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>\u00a0sebep olaca\u011f\u0131 zararlardan bahisle K\u00fcrtlerin alim, \u015feyh, bey ve y\u00f6neticilerine ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 seslenir ve sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrtler\u2019e hitaben;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEy umum Ekrad!(Ey B\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrtler!)<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z, sabah geldi. Ve m\u00fcteyakk\u0131z (uyan\u0131k) olunuz. Sizin ihtilaf (ayr\u0131l\u0131k)\u00a0 ve vah\u015fetinizden (medenile\u015fememenizden, sosyalle\u015fememenizden) efk\u00e2r-\u0131 faside (k\u00f6t\u00fc fikir) sahibi istifade etmesin. Bu \u015fanl\u0131 olan ittihad-\u0131 milleti (milli birli\u011fi) fena bir hastal\u0131\u011fa hedef etmesinler. Zira o vakit b\u00fct\u00fcn millet ve \u0130s\u00adl\u00e2miyet size davac\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Zaman size sille (tokat) vurmakla o ihtil\u00e2f ve ke\u015fme\u00adke\u015fi (i\u00e7inizden) atacakt\u0131r. Namusunuzu isterseniz, tokat yemeden at\u0131n\u0131z\u201d[9]demektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki paragrafta Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6nemli noktalardan biri, K\u00fcrtlerin\u00a0<strong>milletle\u015fememesinin<\/strong>\u00a0sebep olaca\u011f\u0131 zararlardan dolay\u0131\u00a0<strong>\u0130slamiyet ve umum milletin(herkesin, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n) onlardan \u015fik\u00e2yet\u00e7i olmas\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019a g\u00f6re K\u00fcrtlerdeki \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klardan[10]\u00a0ve Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin yeteri kadar ilgilenmemesinden hatta zalimane y\u00f6ntemlerle onlar\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n derinle\u015fmesine sebep olan politikalar\u0131ndan[11]\u00a0dolay\u0131 ba\u015fta Avrupa olmak \u00fczere Bat\u0131 \u00dclkeleri[12], bu geri kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ve da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vesile ederek tamir edilmesi zor zararlara sebep olacak faaliyetlerde bulunacaklard\u0131r ki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu durumun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek herhalde yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz. Tabii ki bu durumun sorumlusunun tek ba\u015f\u0131na K\u00fcrtler olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 izah etmeye \u2013en az\u0131ndan bu yaz\u0131da- gerek yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer bir nokta ise, zaman\u0131n tokatlamas\u0131 ile K\u00fcrtlerin ak\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na gelece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019a g\u00f6re ana-baban\u0131n terbiye etmedi\u011fini zaman terbiye eder. K\u00fcrtlerin tarihine k\u0131sa bir bak\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zellikle son y\u00fczy\u0131lda d\u00f6rt \u00fclke i\u00e7inde maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar, belalar, musibetler ve yedikleri tokatlar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne sermeye yeter zannederim. B\u00fct\u00fcn ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerden sonra K\u00fcrtlerin milletle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girmesi de Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n bir \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dilencilikten Kurtulmak ya da Milliyet Bilinci Kazanmak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ona g\u00f6re; \u201cEskiden beri her bir vechile Ekrad\u2019\u0131n (K\u00fcrtlerin) mad\u00fbnunda (gerisinde, alt\u0131nda) bulunanlar, bug\u00fcn onlar\u0131n h\u00e2l-i tevakkufta (duraklama halinde olmalar\u0131ndan) kalmalar\u0131ndan istifade ediyorlar. Bu ise ehl-i hami\u00adyeti (gayret sahibi kimseleri) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ve bu \u2026(durum), K\u00fcrdler i\u00e7in m\u00fcstakbelde (gelecekte) bir darbe-i m\u00fcdhi\u015fe (m\u00fcthi\u015f bir darbe) haz\u0131rl\u0131yor gibi ehl-i basireti (bu durumu g\u00f6renleri) da\u011fdar (y\u00fcre\u011fini yakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r) etmi\u015ftir[13].<\/p>\n<p>Yine, K\u00fcrtlerin aralar\u0131ndaki ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 bir tarafa b\u0131rakarak ni\u00e7in milli birlik kurmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini eserlerinin \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinde \u015f\u00f6yle izah etmektedir;<\/p>\n<p>Kuvvetinizi toplay\u0131p namus-u milliyenizi muhafaza etmenizin tek yolu, milliyet bilincine sahip olman\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu bilin\u00e7le milliyetinizden olu\u015fan ortak de\u011ferleriniz i\u00e7in bir havuz yap\u0131n ve maddi manevi milli gelirlerinizi bu milliyet havuzunda toplay\u0131n. Havuzun suyunun bo\u015fa akmas\u0131na e\u011fitim ile mani olup \u0130slami faziletlerle de bu havuza akacak yeni su yollar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131n[14].<\/p>\n<p>Bedi\u00fczzaman, K\u00fcrtlerin aralar\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kaybolan b\u00fcy\u00fck kuvvetlerinden hem kendilerinin hem de insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n faydalanmas\u0131n\u0131n yolu olarak da millet bilincine sahip olmay\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ona g\u00f6re, olu\u015facak birlik ile bir K\u00fcrt ortak fikri meydana gelecek, bu ortak fikrin e\u011fitim ile desteklenmesi sayesinde ba\u015flayacak bir ilerleme meyli sayesinde de bir \u00e7ekirdek gibi olan K\u00fcrt milletinin kabiliyetleri de canlanmaya ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r[15].<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka yerde bu birli\u011fi bir p\u0131nara benzeterek, kendi \u00e7e\u015fmeleri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 taktirde uzaktan gelen koku\u015fmu\u015f sular\u0131 i\u00e7mek mecburiyetinde kalacaklar\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrtlere hat\u0131rlatarak kendi \u00e7e\u015fmelerine sahip olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedir. Kendi c\u00fcmlelerinden okuyal\u0131m;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEy K\u00fcrdler! G\u00f6r\u00fcyorum ki, bizde p\u0131nar (kendimize ait \u00e7e\u015fmemiz) yoktur. Onun i\u00e7in uzaktan ge\u00adlen taaff\u00fcn eden (koku\u015fmu\u015f) bir suyu i\u00e7iyoruz. Eskisi gibi istibdad\u0131 (zorba y\u00f6netimi) g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6yle ise gayret ediniz, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z. Sebeb-i saadetimiz olan me\u015frutiyeti takviye i\u00e7in fikr-i milliyeti(milliyet fikrini) haffar (<strong>kaz\u0131c\u0131, burada su kayna\u011f\u0131na benzetti\u011fi milli birli\u011fi bulmak i\u00e7in kaz\u0131 yapmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan vesile olarak zikredilmekte)<\/strong>\u00a0yap\u0131p, marifet ve fazileti eline veriniz. \u015eu yerlerde de bir k\u00fcngan (<strong>Toprak ve \u00e7imento gibi \u015feylerle yap\u0131lan su borusu<\/strong>) at\u0131n\u0131z; t\u00e2 bir kemal\u00e2t p\u0131nar\u0131 bizde de \u00e7\u0131ks\u0131n. Yoksa daima dilen\u00adci olacaks\u0131n\u0131z, ya susuzluktan \u00f6leceksiniz. Hem de dilencilik para etmez. \u0130nsan dilenci olursa nefsine olsun. Bence merhamet dilencileri ya haks\u0131z veya tembeldirler[16].\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yar\u0131\u015fa E\u015fit \u015eartlarda Kat\u0131lmak ve Milli Bilincin Getirileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bedi\u00fczzaman, hayat\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131n birbirinin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131 duyduklar\u0131 bir yar\u0131\u015f olarak g\u00f6rmekte ve bu m\u00fcsabaka meydan\u0131nda K\u00fcrtlerin de di\u011fer milletler gibi e\u015fit \u015fartlara sahip yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak istemektedir<strong>. \u201c<\/strong><strong>T\u00e2 ki,<\/strong><strong>makine-i terakkiyat-i medeniyetin\u00a0<\/strong>(medeniyetin ilerleme makinesinin)<strong>\u00a0buhar\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olan m\u00fcsabakay\u0131 (<\/strong>yar\u0131\u015fmay\u0131<strong>) in\u00adtac edecek (<\/strong>netice verecek<strong>) bir hiss-i rekabet (<\/strong>rekabet hissi<strong>) peyda olabilsin<\/strong>\u201d[17]\u00a0diyen Bedi\u00fczzaman, milletler i\u00e7inde bir nevi haks\u0131z rekabete engel olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Milletle\u015fmenin K\u00fcrtlere kazand\u0131racaklar\u0131ndan bahsederken \u201cHem de \u2018milliyet\u2019 denilen, mazi derelerinden (ge\u00e7mi\u015f zaman) ve h\u00e2l sahralar\u0131ndan (\u015fimdiki zaman) ve is\u00adtikbal da\u011flar\u0131ndan (gelecek zaman) hayme-ni\u015f\u00een\u00a0 olan R\u00fcstem-i Z\u00e2l ve Sal\u00e2haddin-i Eyyub\u00ee gibi K\u00fcrd d\u00e2hi kahramanlar\u0131yla bir \u00e7ad\u0131rda oturan bir aile gibi, herkesi ba\u015f\u00adkas\u0131n\u0131n haysiyet ve \u015ferefi ile \u015fereflendiren ve hissiyat-\u0131 ulviyenin enmuzeci (y\u00fcksek hislerin \u00f6rne\u011fi) olan fikr-i milliyetiniz (milliyet fikri) size emr-i kat\u2019\u00ee ile emrediyor ki: T\u00e2 her biriniz umum bir milletin m\u00e2kes-i hayat\u0131 (hayat\u0131n\u0131n yans\u0131mas\u0131) ve h\u00e2mi-i saadeti (mutlulu\u011funun koruyucusu) ve umum milletin bir misal-i m\u00fc\u015fahhas\u0131 olunuz. \u015eimdiki gibi bir \u015fah\u0131s de\u011fil, bir millet kadar b\u00fc\u00ady\u00fcyeceksiniz[18]\u201d demektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir yandan K\u00fcrtlerin geri kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131ktan kurtulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u201cher kavmin mabihi\u2019l-bekas\u0131 (devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan) olan \u00e2dat-\u0131 milliye (milli adetler) ve lisan-\u0131 kavmiyeye (anadili) ve istidad-\u0131 efk\u00e2ra muvaf\u0131k (kabiliyetlerine uygun), h\u00fck\u00fcmet te\u015febb\u00fcsata ba\u015flamal\u0131\u201d[19]\u00a0 diyerek h\u00fck\u00fcmeti g\u00f6reve \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran Bedi\u00fczzaman, di\u011fer yandan bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 ile yetinmeyip \u015fahsi te\u015febb\u00fcslerde de bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu \u015fahsi te\u015febb\u00fcs fikrini \u201cte\u015febb\u00fcs-\u00fc \u015fahs\u00ee ile ellerinizden geldi\u011fi kadar bu ittihad-\u0131 millete ve me\u015fru\u00adtiyete her cihetle hizmet ediniz\u201d[20]\u00a0diyerek \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerde tekrarlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teorilerini Pratize Etme Aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Bir Vesika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da k\u0131saca de\u011finilen K\u00fcrtler ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve gayretlerinin nedenlerine yine Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n kitaplar\u0131ndan tespitler eklemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Hatta de\u011finilen konular\u0131n her biri ayr\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya konu edilebilecek kadar \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 maksada k\u00e2fi kabul edip Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n bu teorik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 pratize etme niyetiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi bir giri\u015fimle ilgili yak\u0131n zamanda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 yazar M\u00fcfit Y\u00fcksel\u2019in ke\u015ffetti\u011fi ve sessiz sedas\u0131z kamuoyu ile payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belgeden bahsetmek istiyorum. Latinizesi de yine M\u00fcfit Bey\u2019e ait.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da ilk defa g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kan bir \u015fahsi te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fcnde Bedi\u00fczzaman,<strong>siyaset, ilim ve sair farkl\u0131 konularda<\/strong>\u00a0yay\u0131n yapacak bir gazete i\u00e7in\u00a0<strong>1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong>\u00a0Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin ilgili birimine m\u00fcracaat ediyor. M\u00fcracaat dilek\u00e7esinde gazetenin ismini \u201c<strong>Ma\u2019rifet Ve \u0130ttih\u00e2d-\u0131 Ekr\u00e2d\u00a0<\/strong>\u201d olarak belirten Bedi\u00fczzaman, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta haftal\u0131k, daha sonralar\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu yay\u0131n i\u00e7in<strong>T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e<\/strong>\u00a0olmak \u00fczere iki dil d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kim bilir belki de \u201ccehalet, zaruret (fakirlik) ve ihtilaf (ayr\u0131l\u0131k)\u201d olarak tespit etti\u011fi K\u00fcrtlerin \u00fc\u00e7 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7areleri i\u00e7eren ve ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z daha \u00e7ok gizli hazineler vard\u0131r.
