Popkurd, Folklor \u00fb Ziman ve Kubar dergilerinin edit\u00f6rleriyle K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergicili\u011fin tarihini ve bug\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc konu\u015ftuk.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u0130lk say\u0131s\u0131 6 Haziran 1913 tarihinde Arap alfabesiyle yay\u0131mlanan <strong>Roj\u00ee Kurd<\/strong>, ilk K\u00fcrt dergisiydi. K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131nlanma tarihindeki kilometre ta\u015f\u0131 dergi ise <strong>Hawar<\/strong> olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Celadet Al\u00ee Bed\u00eerxan\u2019\u0131n 15 May\u0131s 1932\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da yay\u0131mlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hawar, Latin harflerini kullanan ilk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergiydi. \u0130stanbul do\u011fumlu Bed\u00eerxan, Serbesti gazetesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken edindi\u011fi deneyimi bu dergiye aktarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>15 May\u0131s bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt Dil Bayram\u0131 olarak kutlan\u0131yor. Bed\u00eerxan\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0Serbesti gazetesinin ba\u015f yazar\u0131 ve yaz\u0131 i\u015fleri m\u00fcd\u00fcr Hasan Fehmi Bey\u2019in \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 6 Nisan (1909) ise \u201c\u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen Gazeteciler G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Akademik bir misyon ta\u015f\u0131yan ve 57 say\u0131 yay\u0131mlanan Hawar dergisinde i\u00e7erikler Frans\u0131zca ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131yd\u0131. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yaz\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu Kurmanc\u00ee leh\u00e7esinde olsa da kimi say\u0131larda Zazaca ve Soranice i\u00e7eriklere yer verildi. Dergi zaman zaman Arap\u00e7a yaz\u0131lar da yay\u0131mlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130lk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e kad\u0131n dergisi 104 y\u0131l \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Hawar\u2019dan bug\u00fcne dek gerek siyasi, gerek k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlarda i\u00e7eriklere yer veren y\u00fczlerce K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergi yay\u0131mland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n dergicili\u011finin de tohumlar\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131nda at\u0131ld\u0131. 1913-1921 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nda b\u00fct\u00fcn etnik ve dinsel kimliklerin ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeden kendini ifade etti\u011fi <strong>Kad\u0131nlar D\u00fcnyas\u0131<\/strong> adl\u0131 dergide K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu derginin kurucular\u0131 ve yazarlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda olan kad\u0131nlar, K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011finde bir ba\u015fka kilometre ta\u015f\u0131 kabul edilen ancak iki say\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilen <strong>J\u00een<\/strong>\u2018de yazar olarak devam etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 1932-1950 aras\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar K\u00fcrt bas\u0131n\u0131nda yazar ve y\u00f6netici olarak yer ald\u0131. 1990\u2019larda kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 esas alan feminist yay\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin yasakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde dergicilik yine bu temel motifler \u00fczerinde ama diasporan\u0131n \u00e7abalar\u0131yla ilerledi. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin geli\u015fmesi ve yeni bir edebiyat ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015fmesinde dergilik \u00f6nemli bir rol oynad\u0131 ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gelenekle kendisinden gelece\u011fin dergi yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da etkiledi.<\/p>\n<p>1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011finin \u00f6rnekleri ve yay\u0131n alanlar\u0131 giderek artt\u0131. Bu y\u0131llarda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yay\u0131n yapan <strong>Rew\u015fen<\/strong> dergisi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Genel olarak bu d\u00f6nemde kamusal alanda varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 peki\u015ftiren dergicilik, uzun y\u0131llar boyunca asimilasyon ve \u00f6tekile\u015ftirme politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir itiraz oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda birka\u00e7 \u00fcniversitede kurulan enstit\u00fclerde akademik dergiler de yay\u0131mlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu dergiler kapsam bak\u0131m\u0131ndan dergicilikteki akademik boyutu bir \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Bug\u00fcn de <strong>Vate<\/strong>, <strong>Zarema<\/strong> ve <strong>W\u00eaje \u00fb Rexne<\/strong> gibi akademik dergiler hem kaynak ve haf\u0131za olu\u015fturuyor, hem de kitleyi \u015fekillendiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Dijitalle\u015fme ve COVID-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 ise yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n her alan\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergicili\u011fi de etkiledi. Baz\u0131 dergiler sadece k\u00e2\u011f\u0131tta yay\u0131mlanmakta direnirken baz\u0131lar\u0131 yaln\u0131z dijitalde, baz\u0131lar\u0131 her iki mecrada da varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>K\u00fcrt Tarihi<\/strong> dergisi sadece dijital yay\u0131mlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergilerin neredeyse hepsini PDF format\u0131nda internet ortam\u0131nda bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Bu dergilerden \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn edit\u00f6rleriyle K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergicili\u011fin nereden nereye geldi\u011fini konu\u015ftuk.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>S\u00f6nmez: Hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir okur kitlesi var<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130lk say\u0131s\u0131 May\u0131s 2018\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan ve t\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131 dijital ortamda okurlarla bulu\u015fan <strong>Popkurd<\/strong> dergisinin edit\u00f6r\u00fc \u00d6mer S\u00f6nmez, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu alandaki tarihsel seyrini siyasal ortamla ili\u015fkilendiriyor ve \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcregelen K\u00fcrt meselesinin kilit k\u0131sm\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ister istemez bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te politik bir olgu h\u00e2line geldi. Bu dille yap\u0131lan her \u015feyin, kendi i\u00e7eri\u011finden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak politik oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz. \u015e\u00fcphesiz \u00fcniversitelerde kurulan K\u00fcrt dili ve edebiyat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri, bunlara gen\u00e7lerin yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6stermesi; akabinde ba\u015flayan Bar\u0131\u015f ve \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm S\u00fcreci K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin canlanmas\u0131n\u0131, piyasas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 ve yay\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesini sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu anlamda her ne kadar 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 sonras\u0131nda \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm S\u00fcreci\u2019nin bitip \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 K\u00fcrt yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve dergicili\u011fini olumsuz etkilese de halen K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011finin \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ve hareketli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcn dezavantajlara ve imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klara ra\u011fmen bir avu\u00e7 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ya\u015fat\u0131lmaya ve ilerlemeye devam ediyor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n dijital d\u00fcnyan\u0131n avantajlar\u0131ndan yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00e7e\u015fitlendi\u011fini kaydeden S\u00f6nmez \u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, sinema, edebiyat, \u015fiir, \u00f6yk\u00fc, psikoloji, teori-ele\u015ftiri, \u00e7eviri, moda-makyaj, magazin, futbol, m\u00fczik, pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr gibi spesifik alanlara yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f dergilerin yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 (bunlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 matbu, bir k\u0131sm\u0131 dijital) ve bunlar\u0131n art\u0131k hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r okurlar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011fi bu anlamda dijital d\u00fcnyan\u0131n avantajlar\u0131ndan da istifade ederek giderek \u00e7e\u015fitlenip daha renkli, daha spesifik h\u00e2le geliyor. \u00d6te yandan K\u00fcrt meselesinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmemesi, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019nin resmi dil ve e\u011fitim dili olmamas\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz bu dilin pazar\u0131n\u0131, piyasas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturamay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyor. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e okuyup yazan insan say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok az. Bu ortamda bu dille yap\u0131lacak olan dergicili\u011fin bir pazar\u0131 da olam\u0131yor maalesef.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>B\u00fclb\u00fcl: Dergicilik daha interaktif bir h\u00e2le geldi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Folklor \u00fb Ziman<\/strong>\u2018in edit\u00f6r\u00fc Mikail B\u00fclb\u00fcl ise dergicili\u011fin, teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00a0 ve sosyal medyadan etkilendi\u011fini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011finin 100 y\u0131ldan fazla bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fi s\u00f6z konusu. Son 100 y\u0131lda, farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerde 2.000\u2019in \u00fczerinde dergi \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle Soranca, Zazaca ve Kurmancca leh\u00e7elerinde \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olan bu 2.000 dergi, ciddi bir birikimi ve dergi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ifade ediyor. \u00c7o\u011fu \u00e7ok zor \u015fartlarda \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olsa da, bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreci yar\u0131m kalsa da, genel olarak bir dergi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden bahsedilebilir. Son y\u0131llarda geli\u015fim g\u00f6steren hakemli akademik dergiler de ayr\u0131ca dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00dcniversitelerin Kurdoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden \u00e7\u0131kanlar bir yana, tamamen sivil dinamiklerle \u00e7\u0131kan d\u00f6rt tane hakemli dergi olan <strong>Derwaze<\/strong>, <strong>N\u00fbbihar Akadem\u00ee<\/strong>, <strong>Kurd\u00eename<\/strong> ile <strong>Folklor \u00fb Ziman<\/strong>, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergicilikte geldi\u011fimiz noktay\u0131 g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130leti\u015fim teknolojilerinin geli\u015fmesi, sosyal medyan\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu kadar etkin kullan\u0131l\u0131p hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her alan\u0131n\u0131 ku\u015fatan bir fenomene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi ku\u015fkusuz birer kitle ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 olan televizyon ve gazeteyi etkiledi\u011fi gibi, dergicili\u011fi de etkiledi. Bu anlamda art\u0131k kim dergicilik misyonundan ne anl\u0131yorsa, onun biraz \u201cnostalji\u201d h\u00e2line geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz asl\u0131nda. Bizim eski ku\u015faklar halen dergiyi bas\u0131l\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131ttan okumak istiyor mesela. Ama \u015fartlar de\u011fi\u015fti, ekonomi ve pandemi \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurdu\u011fumuzda gazete, dergi ya da kitap basman\u0131n maliyet olarak \u00e7ok pahal\u0131 oldu\u011fu ortada. De\u011fi\u015fen, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen bu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ruhuna g\u00f6re de dergicili\u011fin yeni bir mecraya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, dijitalle\u015fti\u011fini, daha interaktif bir h\u00e2le geldi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bug\u00fcne dek 5 say\u0131s\u0131 yay\u0131mlanan Kubar\u2019\u0131n edit\u00f6r\u00fc Ay\u015fenur \u00d6zel, g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri ilginin kendilerini mutlu etti\u011fini ifade edip \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dijital evrilmeyle beraber herkes istedi\u011fi dergiye kolayl\u0131kla eri\u015fim sa\u011flayabiliyor. K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011finde her derginin ayr\u0131 bir misyonu var. Mesela Kubar dergisi makyaj ve moda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 yay\u0131n yap\u0131yor. Bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fuyor. Kad\u0131n odakl\u0131 yay\u0131n yapmam\u0131z bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle bizi spesifik k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hem tarihsel hem de g\u00fcncel eksende yay\u0131n yap\u0131yoruz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda modan\u0131n tarihselli\u011fi \u00fczerinde duruyoruz. Bunlar\u0131 yaparken en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz estetizmdir. \u0130\u00e7erikleri \u201cg\u00fczel olana\u201d g\u00f6re \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Zaten estetik olan da \u201cg\u00fczel olana\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fckt\u00fcr. Temel amac\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnya modas\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na sunmakt\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada modan\u0131n genel seyri nas\u0131l oluyor, de\u011fi\u015fen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler neler, bunlar\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak takip ediyor, okuyucularla bulu\u015fturuyoruz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instagram faaliyetleri artt\u0131, okur etkinlikleri ba\u015flad\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son 2 y\u0131la ise COVID-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu. Bu durum yay\u0131n t\u00fcrleri gibi K\u00fcrt dergicili\u011fini de etkiledi. Dijitalle\u015fme bu alanda da h\u0131zland\u0131. \u201cDijital \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n zirvesini bu pandemi s\u00fcrecinde g\u00f6rd\u00fck\u201d diyen S\u00f6nmez, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e dergilerin de son d\u00f6nemde Instagram gibi sosyal medya platformlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde etkinliklerini art\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve okurlar i\u00e7in etkinlikler d\u00fczenlediklerini belirterek bu noktada \u015funlar\u0131 ekliyor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zaten bir s\u00fcredir matbu olan gazete ve dergilerin yava\u015f yava\u015f dijitale kayd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, dijital ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7ler ile daha canl\u0131 daha renkli i\u00e7erikler haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorduk. Baz\u0131 dergilerin Instagram gibi sosyal medya platformlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden de okurlar\u0131 ile temasa ge\u00e7ti\u011fini, yazar-okur bulu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Dergiler art\u0131k sosyal medyadan da takip ediliyor, okunuyor. Bu dergicili\u011fi daha canl\u0131 ve hareketli h\u00e2le getirdi.
