Bu tarihin ay ve g\u00fcn\u00fc zaten do\u011fru de\u011fil, y\u0131l\u0131ndan da emin de\u011filim. Muhtemelen bunun 1968 y\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. Savur\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 S\u00fcrg\u00fcc\u00fc (Aw\u00eena)\u2019da do\u011fmu\u015fum ve ilk \u00e7ocuklu\u011fum burada ge\u00e7mi\u015f. Babam\u0131n vefat\u0131yla verildi\u011fim Mardin \u00c7iftlik Yat\u0131l\u0131 B\u00f6lge Okulu\u2019nda ilk ve ortaokulu okuyup, 1988 y\u0131l\u0131nda liseyi Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da bitirdim. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l sa\u011fl\u0131k memuru olarak Rize\u2019ye atand\u0131m. 1989\u2019da Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130daresi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc 3. y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u0131rakarak, bu defa Ankara \u00dcniversitesi DTCF Fars Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc 1996\u2019da tamamlad\u0131m. 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda Dicle \u00dcniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi Do\u011fu Dilleri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nde akademik kariyerime ba\u015flad\u0131m. Burada y\u00fcksek lisans\u0131m\u0131 bitirdikten sonra yine Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde 2003y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m doktora e\u011fitimimi 2008\u2019de tamamlayarak tekrar Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fcm. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00f6nemin siyasal \u015fartlar\u0131nda ilk defa Mardin\u2019de kurulan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, ard\u0131ndan Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m akademik kariyerime devam ediyorum. Evliyim ve \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu babas\u0131y\u0131m.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>4 ki\u015fiyle ba\u015flad\u0131k<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Fars Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131ndan K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131na y\u00f6neli\u015finiz nas\u0131l geli\u015fti?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fars\u00e7aya olan sempatim \u00fcniversitede bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc se\u00e7memde etkili oldu. Fakat i\u00e7imde K\u00fcrt\u00e7eye kar\u015f\u0131 olan ilgi, zaman zaman k\u00fcllense de s\u00f6nmeden hep bir k\u00f6z olarak var olageldi. Kendimi bildim bileli okumaya merakl\u0131, kitapla ha\u015f\u0131rne\u015fir biriyim. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e elime ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m ilk kitap Cegerxw\u00een\u2019in \u201cSewra Azad\u00ee\u201d adl\u0131 divan\u0131yd\u0131. Allah selamet versin, Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da okudu\u011fum sa\u011fl\u0131k koleji ya birinci ya da ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda bir hocam\u0131zda g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm. Esrar, eroin gibi sakl\u0131yordu kitab\u0131. Y\u0131l 1984; askeri cuntan\u0131n etkisi her tarafta kendisini hissettiriyordu. Bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z, g\u00fcvendi\u011fi bir k\u0131rtasiyede eline ge\u00e7en kopyan\u0131n kopyas\u0131, silik, yaz\u0131lar\u0131 zor okunan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e tek t\u00fck eserleri fotokopiyle \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131p bize de bir n\u00fcshas\u0131n\u0131 veriyordu. Kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131mla okuyup anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordum. Asl\u0131nda bu \u201cuyan\u0131\u015f\u201d\u0131n k\u00f6kleri daha da eskiye dayan\u0131yor. Yat\u0131l\u0131 okulda ismini ilk duydu\u011fum politik manada K\u00fcrt ki\u015filik \u015e\u0131van Perwer\u2019di. Ayr\u0131ca, fark\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu kimli\u011fimizi hen\u00fcz ilkokul d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fta hakaret amac\u0131yla bize \u00f6\u011frettiler! S\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenimizin haz\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir g\u00fcnde, dersler bo\u015f ge\u00e7mesin diye s\u0131n\u0131fa giren \u00f6\u011fretmen \u2013kendisi dindar biri olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen- din dersinde hi\u00e7 unutmam, birdenbire \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6ze girdi: \u201cVatan\u0131n\u0131 seven her insan Cennet\u2019e girecek. Ben de vatan\u0131n\u0131, milletini seven biri olarak elbette cennet\u2019e girece\u011fim. Fakat siz K\u00fcrtler b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funuz ve bu vatan\u0131 sevmedi\u011finiz i\u00e7in Cehennem\u2019e gireceksiniz.\u201d \u015eimdi bu ya\u015ftaki \u00e7ocuklar bu meseleyi nas\u0131l anlas\u0131n! \u00c7ocuk akl\u0131mla kendi kendime, \u201cTamam, biz her ne kadar K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fsak da zaten T\u00fcrk de\u011fil miydik?\u201d Demek ki biz T\u00fcrk de\u011filmi\u015fiz ve K\u00fcrdm\u00fc\u015f\u00fcz. Daha sonra buna ilave olarak d\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda esen kuvvetli sol politik ortam\u0131n etkisiyle \u00e7ocuk olsak bile aidiyetimizi hat\u0131rlatan bu s\u00f6ylemlerin atmosferinde b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck. Dicle \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde Fars Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131\u2019nda ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m akademik hayat\u0131m\u0131n ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda, alan\u0131mla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yan\u0131nda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yaz\u0131lar da yazar, Fars\u00e7a ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019den K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019ye terc\u00fcmeler yapar, o s\u0131rada 1992y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri \u00e7\u0131kmakta olan N\u00fbbihar dergisine g\u00f6nderirdim. (Bu arada N\u00fbbihar dergisinin hem benim \u00fczerimde hem de bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt k\u00fclt\u00fcr hayat\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 kesimlerinde eserleriyle yer alan y\u00fczlerce ki\u015finin yeti\u015fmesinde ger\u00e7ek manada bir mektep g\u00f6revini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtmek laz\u0131m.) Mesai arkada\u015flar\u0131m bu yay\u0131nlar\u0131 masamda g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinde, \u201cYahu biz bunlar\u0131 evimizde bulundurmaktan korkuyoruz, sen \u00fcniversiteye getiriyorsun\u201d diye tak\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bunlar\u0131 dile getirmemin amac\u0131 K\u00fcrd\u00e7e m\u00fcktesebat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n evveliyat\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek i\u00e7indi. Bu s\u0131rada y\u00fcksek lisans ve Ankara\u2019da doktora e\u011fitimini de bitirip tekrar Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde Mardin\u2019deki olu\u015fum yeni ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu i\u015fi y\u00fcklenebilecek kadro aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 devam ediyordu. Dicle \u00dcniversitesinden de\u011ferli dostum Abdurrahman Adak ve Bilkent \u00dcniversitesinde benim gibi doktoras\u0131n\u0131 yeni bitiren Selim Temo arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fi olarak Mardin\u2019e ge\u00e7tim. Daha sonra yine Dicle\u2019den rahmetli Kadri Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m hocay\u0131 da Mardin\u2019e gelmeye ikna ederek ilk \u00e7ekirdek say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00f6rde \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Tabi bu olu\u015fumun kurulu\u015funda birinci derecede rol oynayan ilk Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Serdar Bedii Omay\u2019\u0131n de\u011ferli \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 en ba\u015fta belirtmek laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13995 entered loaded\" src=\"https:\/\/yenidengunaydin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/esqname.png\" alt=\"esqname\" width=\"398\" height=\"530\" data-src=\"https:\/\/yenidengunaydin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/esqname.png\" data-ll-status=\"loaded\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>\u2018Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc olarak haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze geldik\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesinde a\u00e7\u0131lan \u201cYa\u015fayan Diller B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u201dnde; K\u00fcrt dilinin geli\u015fmesi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 disiplinlerde \u00fcreten K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n imk\u00e2n buldu\u011fu, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fan \u00f6\u011frencilerin akademik anlamda ciddi katk\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadroda ismi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kanlardans\u0131n\u0131z\u2026 D\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne, bu deneyim hakk\u0131nda neler s\u00f6ylemek istersiniz?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>-Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesinde 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, d\u00f6nemin \u00fclke siyasetine h\u00e2kim olan demokratikle\u015fme ruhuna paralel olarak bu d\u00f6nemin en somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biri olarak kuruldu. Ard\u0131ndan yine bu enstit\u00fc kadar \u00f6nemli, Edebiyat fak\u00fcltesi b\u00fcnyesinde K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de kurularak ilk defa \u00fcniversite se\u00e7me s\u0131nav\u0131yla b\u00f6l\u00fcme \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131nd\u0131. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan, alan\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015f se\u00e7kin bir akademik kadroyla lehte ve aleyhte g\u00fcndemi s\u00fcrekli me\u015fgul eden bir kurum olduk. \u00dclkedeki y\u00fczlerce \u00fcniversitede var olan yine y\u00fczlerce T\u00fcrkoloji ve di\u011fer dillere ait akademik birimlerin yan\u0131nda, kurulan tek K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve enstit\u00fcs\u00fc olarak haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze geldik. Yani, akademik bir kurum olarak d\u00f6nemin z\u0131t siyasal kutuplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 biz \u00e7ektik. Anlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu d\u00f6nemde ne \u0130sa\u2019ya ne Musa\u2019ya yaranabildik. Bizler her ne kadar i\u015fimizi yapsak ve kimselere yaranma gibi bir dert i\u00e7inde olmasak da, kavga hep bizim saham\u0131zdayd\u0131. Biraz abart\u0131l\u0131 olabilir ancak her \u015feye ra\u011fmen Mardin K\u00fcrdoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli bir akademik \u00e7ekim merkezi haline geldi. \u015eimdiye kadar 1500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n tezsiz y\u00fcksek lisans \u00f6\u011frencisinin yan\u0131s\u0131ra 200\u2019e yak\u0131n tezli y\u00fcksek lisans ve bir o kadar da lisans mezunu \u00f6\u011frenci yeti\u015ftirdik. Bizden sonra di\u011fer \u00fcniversitelerde a\u00e7\u0131lan b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden de \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6\u011frenci yeti\u015ftirildi. Bu durum yazar\u0131ndan okuyucusuna ve yay\u0131nc\u0131s\u0131na kadar K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00fczerindeki \u00f6l\u00fc topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 ve her alanda y\u00fczlerce K\u00fcrt\u00e7e eserlerin \u00fcretilmesinin yolunu a\u00e7t\u0131. Mardin bu geli\u015fimin en \u00f6nemli merkezlerinden biri oldu. Fakat maalesef bu bahar havas\u0131 ayn\u0131 a\u015fk ve \u015fevkle devam etmedi. D\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdaki de\u011fi\u015fim ve demokratikle\u015fmeye kar\u015f\u0131 olan mutaass\u0131p hava ile s\u00fcrecin hep b\u00f6yle devam edece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp, bu ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ilgiyle farkl\u0131 g\u00fcndemlere kap\u0131l\u0131p giden d\u00f6nemin \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimi bu heyecan\u0131n k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli olmas\u0131na sebebiyet verdi. Bug\u00fcn akademik kadrolar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yar\u0131dan fazlas\u0131 ihra\u00e7lar ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin yenilenmemesi yoluyla azalm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Mezun etti\u011fimiz y\u00fczlerce \u00f6\u011frencimiz ihtiya\u00e7 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kadrosuz b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat her \u015feye ra\u011fmen bu akademik s\u00fcre\u00e7 devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13996 entered loaded\" src=\"https:\/\/yenidengunaydin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/ni%C2%BF%C2%BDbihar.png\" alt=\"n\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdbihar\" width=\"398\" height=\"530\" data-src=\"https:\/\/yenidengunaydin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/ni\u00bf\u00bdbihar.png\" data-ll-status=\"loaded\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>\u2018Akademinin i\u00e7ine yerle\u015fen herkesin \u201chizmetk\u00e2r\u201d olma riski y\u00fcksektir\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cAkademi\u201d ve \u201cAkademisyen\u201d kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n sizdeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedir? Akademik kimli\u011finizin olu\u015fmas\u0131nda kimlerden katk\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcz? Ve akademide hangi alanlara yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131n\u0131z?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Akademi bilginin \u00f6zel formlarda \u00fcretildi\u011fi yerdir. Asl\u0131nda herkes kendisi ve hayat hakk\u0131nda bilgi \u00fcretir. Bu da onlar\u0131n hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde bilgi \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde akademi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herkesin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 hayat\u0131n bilgisini \u00e7o\u011fulla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6rme \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z olur. Herkesin bilgi \u00fcretimi s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lmas\u0131 da ayn\u0131 zamanda felsefi \u00fcretimin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131m eder. Bu \u015fekilde herkesin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve felsefe yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumda ya\u015fama \u015fans\u0131na eri\u015firiz. Oysa akademi bilgiyi belli formlarda \u00fcreterek bilgi \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde tekel kurar. Bu bak\u0131mdan akademi hegemonya i\u00e7erir. Genellikle fildi\u015fi kulelerinde oturanlara hizmet eder. Bu nedenle akademinin i\u00e7ine yerle\u015fen herkesin \u201chizmetk\u00e2r\u201d olma riski y\u00fcksektir. Bundan kurtulman\u0131n yolu da ele\u015ftirel yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla hegemonyadan kurtulmakt\u0131r. Bizim de \u00e7abam\u0131z bu y\u00f6ndedir. Fildi\u015fi kulelerinde oturanlara de\u011fil i\u00e7inden geldi\u011fimiz kendi halk\u0131m\u0131za hizmet etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7abal\u0131yoruz. Akademik perspektif her ne kadar \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde lisans\u00fcst\u00fc programlarda \u015fekillense de asl\u0131nda hayat boyu birikerek olu\u015fur. \u00dcniversiter sistem i\u00e7inde sa\u011fl\u0131k bilimlerinden dil bilimlerine uzanan yolculu\u011fumda elbette bir\u00e7ok unsur alm\u0131\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Alt\u0131 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde Eski Yunanca\u2019dan tutun, Latince\u2019den, Frans\u0131zca, Almanca, Rus\u00e7a, \u0130ngilizce, Arap\u00e7a ve Fars\u00e7a\u2019dan 496 eseri T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye kazand\u0131rd\u0131lar. Bu eserlerin okunmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik amac\u0131yla \u00e7ok c\u00fczi bir fiyatla sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131lar. Dilimizin tasas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekecek etkili ve devaml\u0131 bir kurumumuzun olmamas\u0131 bu ciddi ve k\u00fclfetli i\u015fin bir avu\u00e7 \u201chamiyetperver\u201din \u015fahsi \u00e7abas\u0131 ve becerisine mahk\u00fbm kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Do\u011frusu bu \u00e7eviri konusu bir makale hatta bir kitap konusu olabilecek geni\u015f bir boyuttad\u0131r. Fakat \u00f6zet bir tablo ortaya koyacak olursak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz: K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019de \u00e7evirinin ge\u00e7mi\u015finden sistematik bir \u015fekilde bahsetmek sadece ba\u015fka dillerden K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019ye yap\u0131lan \u00e7evirileri de\u011fil, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019den de ba\u015fka dillere -varsa- yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 da konuya d\u00e2hil etmeyi gerektiriyor. Burada mevzubahis olan ba\u015fka dillerden K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019ye yap\u0131lan \u00e7eviriler olmakla birlikte ikincisiyle yani K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019den ba\u015fka dillere yap\u0131lan \u00e7evirilere de genel bir bilgi olarak burada yer vermek istiyorum. \u0130bn-i Vah\u015fiyye olarak bilinen ve miladi 10.y\u00fczy\u0131lda End\u00fcl\u00fcs Emevileri d\u00f6neminde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f Keldani as\u0131ll\u0131 bilgin Ebubekir Ehmed b. \u2018El\u00eeb. Hers\u00eeya en Nibt\u00ee, \u015eewqu\u2019l-Musteham f\u00ee Me\u2019r\u00eefetiRum\u00fbzi\u2019l-Eqlam adl\u0131 eserinde Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta bir lahid i\u00e7erisinde buldu\u011fu ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 30 eserden iki tanesini insanl\u0131k yarar\u0131na Arap\u00e7aya terc\u00fcme etti\u011fini beyan eder. Bu eserlerden bir tanesi; hurma tar\u0131m\u0131 ile alakal\u0131 \u00ceflahu\u2019l-Kermwe\u2019n-Nexl; di\u011feri de yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131 tespit y\u00f6ntemleri ve bunu tar\u0131mda kullanmay\u0131 konu edinen Tesb\u00eetu\u2019l-M\u00eeyah adl\u0131 eserler K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019den ba\u015fka dillere yap\u0131lan en eski terc\u00fcmelerdir. Bir di\u011feri, Nazm\u00ee mahlasl\u0131 A\u015f\u0131k Osman Efendi taraf\u0131ndan 1866 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019den T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye yap\u0131lan ilk Mem \u00fb Z\u00een \u00e7evirisinden bahsetmek laz\u0131m.\u00a0 Daha sonra ayn\u0131 eserin iki farkl\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcmesinin daha oldu\u011funu da belirtelim. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Erzurum konsolosu Alexandre Jaba, Molla Mahmud\u00ea Baz\u00eed\u00ee\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok eserini 1860\u2019larda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019den Frans\u0131zca\u2019ya \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. Nureddin Zaza Hawar dergisinde ne\u015fretti\u011fi baz\u0131 hikayelerle beraber, 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce Mem \u00fb Z\u00een\u2019i Frans\u0131zca\u2019ya \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. Yine Mehmet Emin Bozarslan 1968\u2019de ayn\u0131 eseri T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fka dillerden K\u00fcrt\u00e7eye yap\u0131lan terc\u00fcmeler ise sadece edebi terc\u00fcmelerden ibaret de\u011fil. Dini ve tarihi pek \u00e7ok terc\u00fcmeleri de bu kategoriye ekleyebiliriz. Bu g\u00fcn T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Arap\u00e7a ve Fars\u00e7a\u2019dan tutun \u0130ngiliz ve Amerikan edebiyat\u0131na; Ermenice\u2019den tutun Yunanca ve S\u00fcryanice\u2019ye kadar daha pek \u00e7ok dilden K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019ye bir hayli eser terc\u00fcme edilmi\u015ftir ve edilmeye devam etmektedir. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kurum ve sponsordan mahrum, bu kadar terc\u00fcmenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u015fte bu bahsetti\u011fimiz hamiyetli insanlar\u0131n \u015fahsi fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018\u00c7eviri faaliyeti k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiyi sa\u011flayan bu yollardan biri olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Bir dilin geli\u015fmesinde \u00e7evirinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkisinin oldu\u011fu herkesin malumu\u2026 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ekseninde bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 nas\u0131l seyrediyor?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lara sahip toplumlar\u0131n birbirlerini tan\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 yollar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u00c7eviri faaliyeti k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiyi sa\u011flayan bu yollardan biri olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130lmi, teknik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlardaki katk\u0131lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, \u00e7eviri konusu, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 her meden\u00ee \u00fclkede, \u00fczerinde durulan edeb\u00ee bir faaliyet t\u00fcr\u00fc olagelmi\u015ftir. Konuyu daha geni\u015f \u00e7er\u00e7evede bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00f6\u011fesi olarak ele alanlara g\u00f6re ise \u00e7eviri, \u201cmilletlerin uyan\u0131\u015f devirlerine yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k kudretini veren\u201d at\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir \u00e7abad\u0131r. Bu noktada denilebilir ki eski Yunan uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temelinde Anadolu, Fenike ve M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019dan yap\u0131lan \u00e7eviriler ne kadar etkili olmu\u015fsa; \u0130sl\u00e2m uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temelinde de Yunan, Nesturi ve Yakub\u00ee dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr havzas\u0131ndan Arap diline yap\u0131lan \u00e7evirilerin o kadar etkisi olmu\u015ftur. Halife Me\u2019mun\u2019un iktidarda oldu\u011fu Abbasilerin en parlak d\u00f6neminde Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta 830 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cBeyt\u00fclhikme\u201d ad\u0131nda bir terc\u00fcme okulunun kuruldu\u011funu ve burada Yunanca ve S\u00fcryaniceden ba\u015fta t\u0131p, matematik ve felsefe alanlar\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce eserin Arap\u00e7aya terc\u00fcme edildi\u011fini biliyoruz. Denilebilir ki farkl\u0131 fikirlerin birbirine eklemlenerek ya da tabiri caizse birbirlerini d\u00f6lleyerek yeni fikirler olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n temelinde yine \u00e7eviri faaliyeti bulunmaktad\u0131r.
