Meydan ise her ne kadar Arap\u00e7a k\u00f6kenli olarak bilinse de bu tan\u0131mlaman\u0131n Pehlevice\/Part\u00e7adan Arap\u00e7aya ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bilinir. Peki bu meydan\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7edeki \u2018G\u00f6k\u2019 kelimesi ile alakas\u0131 ne ola?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Bitlis\u2019e vali, memur ve \u00f6\u011fretmen atamalar\u0131 ilk 1800\u2019lerin ortalar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fi itibariyle okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve akabinde Osmanl\u0131ca gazetelerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla, Osmanl\u0131ca \u015fehir merkezinde daha da oturmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zira Bitlis merkezde konu\u015fulan T\u00fcrkmencenin tarih\u00e7esi 1570\u2019lere gider ki, o da Rojkan h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 K\u00fcrd\u00a0<em>\u015eerefxan\u00ea<\/em>\u00a0Bedl\u00ees\u00ee\u2019nin\u00a0Nahcivan\u2019dan \u00fclkesi olan Bitlis\u2019e bin ki\u015fi ile d\u00f6nmesi sonras\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir. Ancak tarih boyunca merkezdeki h\u00e2kim ana dillerin K\u00fcrd\u00e7e ve Ermenice oldu\u011fu sabittir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda dillendirilmeye ba\u015flanan ve 1925 \u015eark Islahat Plan\u0131 Kararlar\u0131 ile yaz\u0131lan\/y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan yeni tarih s\u00f6yleminden, haliyle Bitlis de nasibini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hatta daha do\u011frusu, ciddi \u015fekilde ve derinden bu uygulamalara maruz kalm\u0131\u015f vilayetlerden birisi oldu\u011funu belirtmek gerekmektedir. K\u00e2h 16. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Rojkan K\u00fcrd Beyleri taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilmi\u015f \u0130hlasiye Medresesi\u2019nin Sel\u00e7uklular taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, k\u00e2h Zeydan Mahallesi\u2019nde mezar\u0131 bulunan \u00fcnl\u00fc\u00a0\u015eeyh Tah\u00eer-\u00ee Kurd\u00ee\u2019nin \u2018G\u00fcrcistanl\u0131 bir alim oldu\u011fundan \u015eeyh Tahir-i Gurgi denildi\u011fi\u2019 uydurulmu\u015ftur. Hatta ne yaz\u0131k ki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde dahi \u2018Gurgi\u2019 ibareli bir levhaya sahiptir \u015eeyh Tah\u00eer-\u00ee Kurd\u00ee\u2019nin mezar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acaba bu G\u00f6kmeydan ibaresi de b\u00f6yle bir politika sonucu mu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Cevab\u0131 ise hay\u0131rd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yak\u0131n tarihteki t\u00fcm yeni kaynaklarda G\u00f6kmeydan olarak ge\u00e7mekte ve in\u015fa tarihinin kesin olarak ne zaman yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmese de 1801 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenen ayn\u0131 isimle bir de caminin oldu\u011fu bilgileri yer almaktad\u0131r. Hatta 1898 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bitlis\u2019ten ge\u00e7en ve yan\u0131ndaki terc\u00fcman\u0131 ile \u015fehir merkezini gezen \u0130ngiliz seyyah Lynch de \u2018G\u00f6k Meydan\u2019 tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 ile bu meydandan bahsetmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fakat biraz daha gerilere ait, \u00f6zellikle de seyyah kaynaklar\u0131na gidince, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en \u00fcnl\u00fc seyyah\u0131 olan Evliya \u00c7elebi\u2019nin Bitlis\u2019i ve \u015fehrin mesire yerlerini anlat\u0131m\u0131nda bu m\u0131nt\u0131kadan ve oradaki camiden bahsetti\u011fini g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Caminin yeni camilerden oldu\u011funu belirtiyor seyyah\u0131m\u0131z. Bu da G\u00f6kmeydan cami olarak bilinen caminin, Rojkili \u015eerefhanlar taraf\u0131ndan 1500\u2019lerde in\u015fa edildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterirken, \u2018in\u015fa y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 1801 oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir\u2019 ibaresinin de ger\u00e7ekte bir tadilat tarihinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ispat\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehrin \u2018Yedinci Mesiresi\u2019 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde de\u011finiyor bu meydana Evliya \u00c7elebi ve G\u00f6kmeydan Camii\u2019nin ger\u00e7ek isminin de \u015eeref Han cami oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2018<\/em><em>Yedinci mesiresi \u015eeref Han Camii kurbunde \u00c7<\/em><em>evgan meydan\u0131d\u0131r kim her haftada cemii cundi silah\u015foran ve farisu<\/em><em>\u2018l-hayl Rujikiyan (Rojki K\u00fcrdleri) bu meydana varup \u00e7evgan ve cirit oynayup arz-\u0131 ma\u2018rifet ederler.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bir acaib tema\u015fad\u0131r ve acaib pehlivanl\u0131kd\u0131r ve gayetu<\/em><em>\u2018l-gaye farisu<\/em><em>\u2018l-hayllikdir. Amma nice atlar\u0131n aya\u011f\u0131na \u00e7evgan rast gelup hurd eder, yahud fakir muhre ve hussan leng olur. Amma fakir atlar ile mu\u2018allem olanlar kim hirre fareyi nice gozedirse \u00e7evgan atlar\u0131 topu eyle gozedirler. Hakka ki yegrek pehlivanl\u0131kd\u0131r. Amma<\/em>\u00a0<em>nice kerre bu top i\u00e7u<\/em><em>\u0308<\/em><em>n ceng-i azi<\/em><em>m olup nice kan olmu\u015fdur. Ahir-\u0131 kar kavil ile oynarlar. Mesela be\u015f kerre yahud on kerre kank\u0131 taraf halk\u0131 topu kendileri taraf\u0131na kavilleri uzre millere gotururse meydan onlarda kalup ziyafeti ma\u011flub olan eder.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cumle diyar-\u0131 Kurdistan\u2019da ve diyar-\u0131 Acem\u2019de silah\u015forluk budur\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c7elebi,\u00a0<\/em>bu oyunun \u0130mam H\u00fcseyin\u2019in ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi hadisesinden dolay\u0131 Anadolu\u2019da, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da ve Rumeli\u2019de yasak oldu\u011funu, ancak buralarda \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n oldu\u011funu da aktar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bitlis Han\u0131\u00a0<em>\u015eerefxan\u00ea<\/em>\u00a0Bedl\u00ees\u00ee\u2019nin kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 1597 tarihinde tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hem Bitlis ve hem de K\u00fcrdlerin tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir eser olan \u015eerefname\u2019de de bu meydan\u0131n ad\u0131 ve cami zikredilmektedir. Cennet mek\u00e2n\u00a0<em>\u015eerefxan\u00ea<\/em>\u00a0Bedl\u00ees\u00ee, G\u00f6kmeydan\u2019daki caminin kendileri, yani \u015eerefhanlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yazar. Hatta bu sporun bir saray sporu, yani elitlerin sporu oldu\u011fu yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu polo sporunu End\u00fcl\u00fcs\u2019e g\u00f6t\u00fcren ki\u015fi dahi Musullu bir K\u00fcrd olup, 820\u2019lerde g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u0130spanya\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n Kurtuba \u015fehrine gidip orada konservatuar a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f biri olan \u00fcnl\u00fc Ziryab\u2019d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evgan sporunun 1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131na kadar da halen Bitlis\u2019te oynand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,\u00a01908-9 tarihlerinde Bitlis\u2019te Britanya Konsolos Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revi yapm\u0131\u015f Arshak Safrastian\u2019dan \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. Safrastian,\u00a01948 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitab\u0131nda Bitlis\u2019te g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde iki b\u00fcy\u00fck K\u00fcrd a\u015fireti olan Zeydanlar ve Gebollar\u0131n cereyan eden bir polo (\u00e7evgan) oyunu s\u0131ras\u0131nda aralar\u0131nda kavga \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yazar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evgan veya \u00c7ovgan ad\u0131 ile kaynaklarda ge\u00e7en bu \u00e7ok eski spor, at \u00fcst\u00fcnde oynanan bir t\u00fcr m\u00fccadele oyunudur.
