{"id":21861,"date":"2021-01-17T16:38:10","date_gmt":"2021-01-17T13:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/candname.com\/tr\/?p=21861"},"modified":"2021-01-16T16:40:40","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T13:40:40","slug":"kurt-alimin-kayip-mezari-bulundu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/candname.com\/tr\/?p=21861","title":{"rendered":"K\u00fcrt alimin kay\u0131p mezar\u0131 bulundu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ilk yemek tarifleri, \u00e7e\u015fitleri ve zevklerini naz\u0131ma d\u00f6ken Nak\u015fibendi \u015feyhlerinden \u015eeyh Muhyeddin Heni\u2019nin mezar yerinin Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131n Hani il\u00e7esinde oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Klasik K\u00fcrt Edebiyat\u0131\u2019nda \u015fu ana kadar bilinen ilk ve en eski simatiyye (simetname) kitab\u0131 olan \u201cF\u00ee Beyan\u00ee\u2019l Et\u2019\u00eeme we Mezaq\u00eeh\u201d (Beyana Xwarinan \u00fb Zewq\u00ean Wan-Yemek Tarifleri ve Zevkleri) isimli manzum eserin yazar\u0131 \u015eeyh Muhyeddin Heni\u2019nin mezar yeri kay\u0131pt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeyh\u2019in bu eserini 2015\u2019te\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rudaw.net\/turkish\/culture\/010220201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aramice\u2019den K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019ye<\/a>\u00a0\u00e7eviren yazar Mele Birhan Tarini, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar neticesinde \u015eeyh Muhyeddin Heni\u2019nin mezar yerini tespit etti.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fbdaw\u2019a konu\u015fan Tarini, 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n neticesinde \u015eeyh Muhyeddin\u2019in mezar\u0131n\u0131 Hani\u2019deki Dereli Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda bulduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Tarini, \u201c\u015eeyh Muhyeddin Heni, \u015eeyh Ahmed Karazi\u2019nin o\u011fludur, babas\u0131 \u015eeyh Muhammed\u2019in halefi ve o da Mevlana Halid \u015earezori\u2019nin halefidir. Bu zat Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131 silsilesinden geliyor. K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in de\u011ferli bir miras b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eimdiye kadar mezar\u0131n\u0131n nerede oldu\u011fu bilinmiyordu. Fakat biz ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z neticesinde ke\u015ffettik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeyh\u2019in 176 beyitten olu\u015fan \u201cBeyana Xwarinan \u00fb Zewq\u00ean Wan\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda bahsedilen yemek tarifleri ve \u00e7e\u015fitleri 20 grup \u015feklinde tasnif edilmi\u015ftir; Ekmek, \u00e7orba, b\u00f6rek, dolma, otlu yemek, zebzeli yemek, etli yemek, bulgurlu yemek \u00e7e\u015fitleri; kebap, k\u00f6fte, sakatat, tur\u015fu, ho\u015fav, tatl\u0131, helva, hamurlu tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri \u015feklinde ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Kitab\u0131 ilk olarak Ahtepi kitapl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda buldu\u011funu ifade eden Tarini, \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7e mesnevi tarz\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir eser olarak K\u00fcrt edebiyat\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kaynakt\u0131r ayr\u0131ca Klasik K\u00fcrt\u00e7e Edebiyat\u2019\u0131nda yeni bir yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt mutfa\u011f\u0131ndan ve yemeklerinden bahsediyor.
