In this study, 49 master theses written on the subject of K\u0131rmancki (Zazaki) in Turkey published by the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center (Y\u00d6KTEZ) database between 2013- 2020\u00a0 (about 8 years) are analyzed in detail in terms of their biblometric features. The aim of the study is to create a biblometric profile through the analysis of these 49 theses written in K\u0131rmancki (Zazaki) in Turkey. In the study, ssps 25.0 (statistical package for the social scinces) program was used for the analysis of statistical processes. As a result of the analyses, it was identified that most of the theses were published in the years between 2015 and 2017. (Bruinessen, 2009: 171) K\u00fcrdoloji ile ilgili ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusya\u2019s\u0131nda B\u00fcy\u00fck Katerina\u2019n\u0131n himayesinde Bilimler Akademisi \u00fcyesi Simon Pallas \u00f6nderli\u011finde b\u00fct\u00fcn dillerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na ba\u015flanarak kurulmu\u015f oldu. (Alakom, 1991: 96) Bu \u00e7ok dilli s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde 276 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e s\u00f6zc\u00fck de bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in K\u00fcrt dili sahas\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan ilk eser oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. (Nikitin, 1976: 202) K\u00fcrtlerin sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi anlamak ad\u0131na ilk resmi giri\u015fim 1860\u2019da St. Petersburg\u203ada kurulan \u201cK\u00fcrdoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d ile olmu\u015ftur. (Nikitin, 1976: 202)<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda iki y\u00fcz y\u0131ldan fazla ge\u00e7mi\u015fi bulunan akademik nitelikli K\u00fcrt dili, edebiyat\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc konulu bilgi \u00fcretiminin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise hen\u00fcz \u00e7ok yenidir. 2009 tarihli Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131yla Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc bu alanda at\u0131lan ilk ad\u0131md\u0131r. Bu enstit\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan K\u00fcrt Dili ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Anabilim Dal\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk resmi ve akademik nitelikli K\u00fcrdoloji faaliyetlerine ev sahipli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcne kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm K\u0131rmancca konulu y\u00fcksek lisans tezleri bu iki enstit\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcnyesinde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir alanda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yay\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemlerle analiz edilmesine ve bilimsel ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesine olanak sa\u011flayan belge incelemesine dayal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bibliyometrik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar olarak ifade edilmektedir (Co\u015fkun ve di\u011f., 2014: 381; aktaran Be\u015fel ve Yard\u0131mc\u0131o\u011flu, 2017: 134). Bibliyometrik y\u00f6ntemler bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n analiz edilerek i\u00e7erik, sonu\u00e7 ve etkinliklerinin belirlenmesini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bibliyometrik analizi genelde s\u00f6z konusu alandaki tezlerin veya se\u00e7ilmi\u015f bir derginin analizi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir (Be\u015fel ve Yard\u0131mc\u0131o\u011flu, 2017: 134-135).<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e (Kurmancca-K\u0131rmancca) literat\u00fcre bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans tezlerini bu ba\u011flamda de\u011ferlendirmeye alan \u00e7ok az say\u0131da ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131ya rastlanmaktad\u0131r. Gerek bu bak\u0131mdan gerekse de salt K\u0131rmancca leh\u00e7esi odakl\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutuldu\u011funda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ve akademisyenlere y\u00f6n g\u00f6sterecek nitelikte \u00f6nemli bilgiler sunaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. Zira bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile K\u0131rmancca alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7erisinde bak\u0131larak gelecek ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara alan ile ilgili \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutulacak ve gelecekte haz\u0131rlayacaklar\u0131 tezlerde tekrara d\u00fc\u015fmemeleri, orijinal ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 bilgi \u00fcretimi yapabilmelerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>KURAM VE L\u0130TERAT\u00dcR<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bibliyometri, akademik yay\u0131nlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik \u00f6\u011felerinin say\u0131sal analizler ve istatistikler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla incelenmesi, kitaplar ve di\u011fer ileti\u015fim platformlar\u0131na uygulanmas\u0131 olarak ifade edilmektedir (Pritchard 1969; Zan, 2012). Bibliyometrik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda akademik yay\u0131nlar\u0131n belirli unsurlar\u0131 analiz edilerek bilimsel ileti\u015fime ili\u015fkin \u00e7e\u015fitli bulgulara ula\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. (Al ve Co\u015ftur, 2007; Al ve di\u011f., 2010). Bibliyometri, bilim uzmanlar\u0131, bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma projesi y\u00fcr\u00fctenler, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneciler, y\u00f6neticiler ve karar vericiler taraf\u0131ndan s\u0131kl\u0131kla ba\u015fvurulan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma tekni\u011fidir (\u00d6zel ve Kozak, 2012).<\/p>\n<p>Bibliyometri terimi ilk kez Aral\u0131k 1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Alan Pritchart\u2019\u0131n <em>Journal of Documentation<\/em> dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan \u201c\u0130statiksel bibliografya m\u0131 yoksa bibliyometri mi?\u201d isimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (Broadus, 1987; Tatar ve Ece, 2012). Lawani (1981), ise ilk bibliyometrik ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n 1917 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Cole ve Eales taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konuldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmektedir. Sengupta (1992) bilinen ilk bibliyometrik ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n1896\u2019da Campbell taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u201cTheory of the National and International Bibliography\u201d isimli yay\u0131n oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de K\u00fcrt\u00e7e literat\u00fcre bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da bibliyografik ve bibliyometrik nitelikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada veri toplama y\u00f6ntemi olarak belge incelemesi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2013-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan y\u00fcksek lisans tezleri ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131na d\u00e2hil edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131ndaki y\u00fcksek lisans tezleri i\u00e7in, Y\u00d6KTEZ arama motorunda her ikisi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olmak \u00fczere \u201cdetayl\u0131 arama\u201d se\u00e7ene\u011finden \u00dcniversite segmentinde \u201cMardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi\u201d\u00a0 Enstit\u00fc segmentinde \u201cYa\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d Tez T\u00fcr\u00fc se\u00e7ene\u011finde \u201cY\u00fcksek Lisans\u201d se\u00e7ene\u011fi se\u00e7ilerek tarama yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la 2013-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan tezler kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131narak bibliyometrik k\u00fcnyeleri elde edilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan tarama sonucu 49 y\u00fcksek lisans tezine rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lgili adreste devaml\u0131 g\u00fcncellemeler ve yeni tezlerin ekleme i\u015fleri yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 tarama i\u015flemine 01.08.2020\u2019de ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f ve 20.09. 2020\u2019de sona erdirilmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda yap\u0131lan g\u00fcncellemeler ve yazarlar\u0131nca eri\u015fim k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 getirilen 2 y\u00fcksek lisans tezinin dijital versiyonlar\u0131 temin edilmi\u015f, gerekli kontroller ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildikten sonra veri dosyas\u0131na nakledilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2013-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan y\u00fcksek lisans tezleri \u201cy\u0131l, \u00fcniversite, anabilim dal\u0131, dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131, sayfa say\u0131s\u0131, konu, yazar cinsiyeti\u201d bibliyometrik \u00f6zellikleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan incelenmi\u015ftir. Yukar\u0131da at\u0131fta bulundu\u011fumuz gibi K\u0131rmancca (Zazaca) Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde K\u00fcrt Dili ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Anabilim Dal\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 i\u00e7erisine giren K\u00fcrt diyalektlerinden biri olarak kabul edilmekte iken Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde K\u00fcrt Dili ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\/Edebiyat\u0131 Anabilim dal\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilerek Zaza Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 Anabilim Dal\u0131 ad\u0131yla ayr\u0131 bir akademik birim \u015feklinde yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131rmancca \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lan tezlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmekle birlikte bu tezlere ili\u015fkin kimi \u00f6nemli detaylar g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z gelimi birka\u00e7 detay\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz; K\u0131rmancca \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lan 49 tezden 14 tanesi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu tezlerin tamam\u0131 Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z esas konu tezlerin i\u00e7erik analizi olmamakla birlikte Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanan 17 tezde \u00f6nemli imla hatalar\u0131 ile formel nitelikli eksiklik ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n oldu\u011funu tespit ettik. K\u0131rmancca \u00fczerine yaz\u0131lan tezleri nicel olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimizde birinci s\u0131rada Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin, ikinci s\u0131rada ise Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Tezlerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n mezk\u00fbr \u00fcniversitelere ba\u011fl\u0131 Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan iki enstit\u00fcde haz\u0131rland\u0131klar\u0131 ancak Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanan 18 tezin K\u00fcrt Dili ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00fcst ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanan 31 tezin ise Zaza Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00fcst ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Tezler y\u0131llar itibariyle analiz edildi\u011finde en fazla tezin 2015 ve 2019 y\u0131llar\u0131nda (11\u2019er adet) yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve y\u0131llar itibariyle tez say\u0131lar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar olurken baz\u0131 y\u0131llarda azalmalar oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ku\u015fkusuz bu durum di\u011fer anabilim dallar\u0131nda kaydedilenlerden farkl\u0131 olarak, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin ve K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitimin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki siyasal iklime g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6steren pop\u00fclasyonuna ba\u011flanabilir. K\u0131rmancca e\u011fitim verilen y\u00fcksek lisans programlar\u0131nda e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frencilerce haz\u0131rlanan tezlerden 14 tanesinin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi Ya\u015fayan Diller Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Zaza Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 Anabilim Dal\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bulgudur.<\/p>\n<p>Tezlerde ara\u015ft\u0131rma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olarak en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n nitel ara\u015ft\u0131rma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011fu, cinsiyetlere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u201ckad\u0131n\u201d yazarlar\u0131n az\u0131nl\u0131kta kald\u0131\u011f\u0131, tezleri y\u00f6neten dan\u0131\u015fmanlara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en \u00e7ok say\u0131da tezin Prof. Dr. Hasan \u00c7ift\u00e7i ve \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. Mehmet Tayfun (Malm\u00eesanij) taraf\u0131ndan (7\u2019\u015fer adet) y\u00f6netildi\u011fi, tezlerde sayfa say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en az \u201c65\u201d, \u00a0en \u00e7ok \u00a0\u201c595\u201d oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Y\u00d6K Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri taban\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan 49 K\u0131rmancca konulu tezden 2 tanesine y\u00f6nelik eri\u015fim k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 getirildi\u011fi, baz\u0131 tezlerde \u00f6nemli formel nitelikli eksikliklerin, imla ve metodoloji hatalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanan tezler oldu\u011fu, 6 tanesinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kitap \u015feklinde yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu tezlerinse Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversite\u2019sinde haz\u0131rlanan tezler oldu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7lardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, \u201cK\u0131rmanncca (Zazaca)\u201d konusundaki y\u00fcksek lisans tezlerinin nitelikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara bir \u00f6n bilgi sunarak, yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda yol g\u00f6sterici olaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada tezlerin belirli \u00f6zellikleri incelenerek bir i\u00e7erik analizi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, y\u00fcksek lisans tezi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok bilgiye k\u0131sa zamanda ula\u015fabilme imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulabileceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Gelecekte yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda tezlerde \u00f6zet i\u00e7eri\u011fine ve y\u00f6ntem i\u00e7eri\u011fine ili\u015fkin analizler yap\u0131larak daha detayl\u0131 incelemelerde bulunulabilir. Bundan sonra yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bildiriler, makaleler ve tezler kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Ayr\u0131ca gelecek y\u0131llarda K\u0131rmancca (Zazaca) alan\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan tezlerin, makale ve bildirilerin bibliyometrik a\u00e7\u0131dan analiz edilece\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ile y\u0131llar itibariyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yapma imk\u00e2n\u0131 da elde edilecektir.
