Bu nedenle uyar\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131, kendilerinde has\u0131l olmu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nBiliyoruz ki, <strong>\u2018Dilini bilmek, kendini bilmektir!\u2019<\/strong> \u201c\u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131mak diller ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr!\u201d, <strong>\u201cHer dil bir insand\u0131r!\u201d<\/strong> vecizeleri pratikte de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmu\u015fken, Nam\u0131k Kemal ile ba\u015flayan T\u00fcrk dili ve edebiyat\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirme tutumu, diller aras\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131, asimilasyonu ile sahneye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu.<br \/>\n<strong>Dilleri yok etmeyi hedeflemek, asla ve asla insani de\u011fildir! Ancak T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131 bu minval \u00fczerinde ilerliyor, ili\u015fkide bulundu\u011fu d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki dilleri \u201cd\u00fc\u015fman\u201d bilerek, \u015foven ve kibirli bir refleksle varl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir hat izliyordu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nam\u0131k Kemal, 1878 y\u0131l\u0131nda; \u201cElimizden gelse, memleketimizde mevcut olan lisanlar\u0131n, T\u00fcrk\u00e7eden maada keffesini mahfetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak iktiza ederken, Arnavutlara, Lazlara, K\u00fcrdlere birer elifba tayini ile ellerine \u015fikak i\u00e7in bir silah-i manevi mi teslim edelim?<br \/>\nLisan bir kavmin di\u011ferine inkilabini men i\u00e7in belki diyanetten bile daha metin bir seddir?\u201d (Nam\u0131k Kemal, 30 A\u011fustos 1878, Hususi Mektuplar, Cilt II, Ankara, 1969, s. 231) der.<br \/>\n\u201cDil bir toplulu\u011fun di\u011ferine kar\u015f\u0131 koymas\u0131 i\u00e7in dinden de daha etkin ve etkili bir mevzidir.\u201d diyen Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in T\u00fcrk\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki dillere d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu mektupta da anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere nefret d\u00fczeyindedir..<\/p>\n<p>Ancak, Lazlar ve K\u00fcrdler bu kini g\u00f6remedi. Bug\u00fcn bile!.. Bu, T\u00fcrk dili d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki dillere d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k dillendiren sadece Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019de de\u011fildir. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00d6mer Seyfettin de ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerle hik\u00e2yelerini \u00f6r\u00fcyor ve savunuyordu.<br \/>\nTabi ilk T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fclerden ilk T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Ansiklopediyi haz\u0131rlayan ve ilk T\u00fcrkologlardan ve kendisi Arnavut olan \u015eemsettin Sam\u00ee\u2019nin, 1889-1898 y\u0131llar\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKamus\u2019ul \u00c2l\u00e2m\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131 inceledi\u011fimizde(\u015eemsettin Sam\u00ee\u2019nin, Kamus\u2019ul Al\u00e2m kitab\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrk Dil Kurumu ve di\u011fer devlet yay\u0131nevlerinda \u00e7\u0131kan bask\u0131lar\u0131nda, \u201cK\u00fcrdistan\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.) g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz ki, 1910\u2019lardan sonra ink\u00e2r ettikleri K\u00fcrd, Ermeni, Pontus, Suryani, Laz halklar\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015fim yerlerinin isimlerini, n\u00fcfus durumunu, bu halklar\u0131n tarihte ikamet ettikleri yurtlar\u0131n\u0131 esas olarak do\u011fru verdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz!<br \/>\nMisal olarak; \u201cK\u00fcrdistan, Urumiye ve Van g\u00f6llerinin k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131ndan Kerxe (Kerhe) ve Diyale \u0131rmaklar\u0131n\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131na ve Dicle\u2019nin ak\u0131\u015f yata\u011f\u0131na dek uzay\u0131p, kuzeybat\u0131ya do\u011fru s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 Dijle\u2019nin ak\u0131\u015f yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131 izleyerek, F\u0131rat\u2019\u0131 olu\u015fturan Karasu yata\u011f\u0131na ve oradan kuzeye do\u011fru, Aras havzas\u0131n\u0131 F\u0131rat ve Dicle havzas\u0131ndan ay\u0131ran su ayr\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7izgisine kadar ula\u015f\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu itibarla, Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funda, Musul ilinin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, yani Dicle\u2019nin solunda bulunan yerleri ve Wan ve Bitlis illeriyle Diyarbekir ve Mamuret\u00fclaziz ilinin birer par\u00e7as\u0131 ve D\u00ears\u00eem sanca\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019dan say\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130ran\u2019da da K\u00fcrdistan ad\u0131yla bilinen eyaletle Azerbaycan eyaletinin yar\u0131s\u0131, yani g\u00fcneybat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc K\u00fcrdistan\u2019d\u0131r.<br \/>\nB\u00f6ylece K\u00fcrdistan, kuzeydo\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnden Azerbaycan, do\u011fudan Acem ve Irak\u2019\u0131, g\u00fcneyden Loristan ve Arap Irak\u2019\u0131, g\u00fcneybat\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnden Cezire, kuzeybat\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnden de Anatolia ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde, 34 ile 39.
