Ve d\u00fcnya kamuoyu taraf\u0131ndan her zaman bu \u00f6zellikleriyle bilinip tan\u0131n\u0131versin.<\/p>\n<p>Bir toplum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ki, dili ve \u0131rk\u0131 yok ediliversin.<\/p>\n<p>Bir toplum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ki, var olmalar\u0131na olan tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck \u2013 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 \u2013 \u015fehir ve k\u00f6y isimlerine ve hatta m\u00fczi\u011fine kadar var\u0131versin.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, say\u0131lan bu ve bunun gibi nice \u00f6zellikler okundu\u011funda \u2013 hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u2013 akla ilk gelecek toplum; K\u00fcrtler, K\u00fcrtler ve K\u00fcrtler\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>K\u00dcRTLER\u2019\u0130N TAR\u0130H\u00ce K\u00d6KEN\u0130<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201c\u00dclkemizin en temel sorunu olan K\u00fcrt sorununun, demokrasinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcm kurum ve kurallar\u0131 ile k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde yerle\u015fmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel oldu\u011fu, bu sorunun demokratik yollarla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeyi\u015finden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmekte olan sava\u015f, \u00fclke kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketmekte oldu\u011fu gibi, \u00fclkenin gelecekteki ekonomik, siyasal, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel geli\u015fimini de ipotek alt\u0131na almaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt sorunu, tarihsel, siyasal ve sosyal boyutlar\u0131 olan, Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019ndan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet\u2019ine\u00a0\u00a0devredilen bir sorundur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze uzanan dinamik bir s\u00fcreci ifade eden bu sorunun demokratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in tarihsel arkaplan\u0131n\u0131n irdelenmesi gerekmektedir. K\u00fcrtler tarihin en eski \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131ndan beri ve M. \u00d6. 2000 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgelerde ge\u00e7ti\u011fi gibi Yukar\u0131 Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n (Za\u011fros) en eski halklar\u0131ndan biridir. <strong>M. \u00d6. 2000\u2019li y\u0131llara ait ve S\u00fcmerler\u2019den kalma bir yaz\u0131tta K\u00fcrtler\u2019den s\u00f6zedilmektedir.<\/strong> Van G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn g\u00fcneyinde ve <strong>\u2018Su\u2019<\/strong> halk\u0131yla kom\u015fu olan <strong>Karda<\/strong> veya <strong>Kardaka<\/strong> \u00fclkesinden s\u00f6z edilmektedir. Zagros\u2019un en eski halklar\u0131ndan olan <strong>\u2018Guti\u2019<\/strong>lerin K\u00fcrtler\u2019in atalar\u0131 oldu\u011fu konusunda tarih\u00e7iler hemfikirdir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Guti \u2013 Hurri \u2013 Kassit \u2013 Mitanni \u2013 Urartu<\/strong> ve <strong>Medler<\/strong>\u2019in bug\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrtler\u2019in atalar\u0131 oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin bilgiler bulunmaktad\u0131r. Prof. Egon von Eickstedt\u2019e g\u00f6re, Za\u011fros Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n orta ve kuzey b\u00f6lgelerinde <strong>Guti<\/strong> yada <strong>Ourtie<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilen bir halk ya\u015f\u0131yordu. Bu halk\u0131n \u00fclkesine de <strong>\u2018Gutium\u2019<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. Hem ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00f6lge itibariyle hem de akrabal\u0131klar\u0131 gayet a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen <strong>Guti<\/strong> ve <strong>Karduklar<\/strong> bug\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrtler\u2019in merkez\u00ee yerle\u015fim b\u00f6lgeleri \u00fczerinde ya\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131.\u201d<\/em> (TMMOB)<\/p>\n<p>Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n en eski halklar\u0131ndan olan K\u00fcrtler, bu topraklarda uzun s\u00fcre \u2013 beylikler kurarak \u2013 h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler, \u2013 di\u011fer halklar gibi \u2013 kendine has tarihi, inanc\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, folkloru, \u00e2det ve gelene\u011fi olan bir halkt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cErken\u00a0\u0130slam\u00a0d\u00f6nemlerine \u00a0ait Arap\u00e7a yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f eserlerde K\u00fcrtler\u2019i kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere<strong>\u2018K\u00fcrd\u2019<\/strong> ve onun \u00e7o\u011fulu <strong>\u2018Ekrad\u2019<\/strong> isimlerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bahsederek, son Sel\u00e7uklu h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Sultan Sencer zaman\u0131na kadar K\u00fcrtler\u2019in, \u0130ran ve Irak aras\u0131nda oturduklar\u0131 yerle\u015fim birimlerine <strong>\u2018da\u011fl\u0131k b\u00f6lge\u2019<\/strong> anlam\u0131nda Arap\u00e7a <strong>\u2018Cibal\u2019<\/strong>, Fars\u00e7a ise <strong>\u2018Kuhistan\u2019<\/strong>denilir.\u201d<\/em> (Prof. Dr. Kadri Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">K\u00dcRTLER\u2019\u0130N \u0130SLAM D\u00ceN\u0130YLE TANI\u015eMALARI<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tarihin bize \u00f6\u011fretip\u00a0bildirdi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla, K\u00fcrtler M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan \u00f6nce,\u00a0en \u00e7ok etkilendikleri d\u00eenin <strong>Zerd\u00fc\u015ftl\u00fck<\/strong> oldu\u011fu hususu kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <strong>Zerd\u00fc\u015ft<\/strong>\u2019\u00fcn peygamber olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususu ise, \u00e2limler aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir konudur.\u00a0K\u00fcrtler\u2019in \u0130slam d\u00eeniyle tan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ysa\u00a0\u2013 bug\u00fcne kadar \u2013 edinilen tarih\u00ee bilgilere g\u00f6re,\u00a0639 \u2013 40 y\u0131llar\u0131nda <strong>Hz. \u00d6mer<\/strong>\u2019in K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerine d\u00fczenlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu sefer ve sava\u015flar sonras\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin K\u00fcrtler\u2019in \u0130slam\u00eele\u015fme s\u00fcrecini Yrd. Do\u00e7. Dr. Bekir Bi\u00e7er \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetler:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde K\u00fcrtler Sasan\u00ee \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131ndayd\u0131. Musul \u00e7evresindeki K\u00fcrtler ise Bizans \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ve K\u00fcrtler ilk defa Hz. \u00d6mer zaman\u0131nda <strong>640 Hulvan<\/strong> ve <strong>Tikrit<\/strong>\u2019in fethi esnas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. <strong>S\u00e2d bin Ebi Vakkas<\/strong>, <strong>Huzeyfe bin Yeman\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019yi K\u00fcrtler\u2019le sava\u015fmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirdi. 640 y\u0131l\u0131nda Zevzan K\u00fcrt emiri M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u2019a hara\u00e7 verdi. <strong>Musul<\/strong> ve<strong>\u015eehrizor<\/strong>\u2019un fethiyle Irak \u00e7evresindeki K\u00fcrtler M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u2019\u0131n siyas\u00ee hakimiyeti alt\u0131na girdi. <strong>Utbe bin Ferkad<\/strong>, <strong>\u015eehrizor<\/strong>, <strong>es- Sama\u011fan<\/strong> ve <strong>Darabaz<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 fethetti. Sonra <strong>Ahvaz<\/strong>,<strong>Beyruz<\/strong> ve <strong>Menazir<\/strong> fethedildi. 645 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Ebu Musa el- E\u015f\u2019ar\u00ee<\/strong>, <strong>\u0130sfahan<\/strong> ve \u00e7evresini fethetti. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l <strong>Sariye bin Zunem<\/strong>, <strong>Fesa<\/strong> ve <strong>Dar\u00ea B\u00eacerd<\/strong>\u2019e hakim oldu. Azerbaycan\u2019da<strong>Merzuban<\/strong> yenildi ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar antla\u015fma yoluyla b\u00f6lgenin sahibi oldu.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi bir bilgiyle K\u00fcrtler\u2019in <strong>Hz. \u00d6mer<\/strong> zaman\u0131nda tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir bilgiden insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yoksun b\u0131rakma anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Zira son peygamber <strong>Hz. Muhammed<\/strong>\u2019e im\u00e2n etmi\u015f, O\u2019na arkada\u015fl\u0131k etmi\u015f ve hatta <strong>Hz. Muhammed<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan vali olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015f <strong>K\u00fcrt sahabelerin<\/strong> var oldu\u011funu bilmek her im\u00e2nl\u0131 K\u00fcrd\u2019\u00fc \u2013inan\u0131yorum ki \u2013 onurland\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Evet,\u00a0K\u00fcrtler\u2019in \u0130slam d\u00eeni ile tan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131, 637\u2019den de \u00f6nce, Hz. Peygamber (saw)\u2019in sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015flayan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir.\u00a0Bu konu hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapan yazar ve tarih\u00e7ilerin tespitlerinden birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek vermemiz gerekirse:<\/p>\n<p>A) <em>\u201cK\u00fcrtler, daha <strong>Muhammed (saw)<\/strong> hayattayken \u0130slam ile tan\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar ve i\u00e7lerinden bir k\u0131sm\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oluyor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>K\u00fcrt sahabelerden bahsediyorum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130lk K\u00fcrt sahabe, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle tarihte Kelime-i \u015e\u00e2h\u00e2det getirip M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan ilk K\u00fcrt, <strong>Zozan<\/strong> isminde bir kad\u0131nd\u0131r.\u00a0Nas\u0131l ki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan ilk ki\u015fi bir kad\u0131n (<strong>Hz. Hatice<\/strong>) ise, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan ilk K\u00fcrt de bir kad\u0131nd\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hz. Zozan annemiz.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Zozan<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n haricinde, yine \u00f6nemli bir K\u00fcrt sahabe de\u00a0<strong>Caban el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019dir. Caban\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu <strong>Meymun el- Kurd\u00ee\u00a0<\/strong>de M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015ftur. Bunlar baba \u2013 o\u011ful sahabeler idiler,<strong>Peygamber Efendimiz<\/strong>\u2019in ash\u00e2b\u0131 ve arkada\u015f\u0131 idiler.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Meymun el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019nin k\u00fcnyesinin\u00a0<strong>\u2018Eb\u00fb Buseyr\u2019<\/strong> oldu\u011funu kaydedilmektedir.\u201d<\/em>(\u0130brahim Sediyani)<\/p>\n<p>B) \u00dcnl\u00fc m\u00fcfessir Alus\u00ee\u2019ye g\u00f6re, K\u00fcrtler\u2019in bir k\u0131sm\u0131 <strong>Peygamber (asm)<\/strong> zaman\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Hatta bunlardan\u00a0<strong>\u201cEbu Meymun Cab\u00e2n el- Kurd\u00ee\u201d<\/strong> ismindeki bir sahabi K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenlidir. (Alus\u00ee, 17 \/ 67; 26 \/ 1 \u2013 2 \u2013 1 \u2013 3).<\/p>\n<p>C) <em>\u201cK\u00fcrtler\u2019in \u0130slam\u2019la tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, <strong>Peygamber<\/strong> d\u00f6neminde bireysel olarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan K\u00fcrtler\u2019le ba\u015flar. Zaten K\u00fcrt co\u011frafyas\u0131,\u00a0Arap ile Fars co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n ortas\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Gerek bireysel gerekse toplu olarak Araplar\u2019dan sonra \u0130slam\u2019a ilk dokunan K\u00fcrtler olmu\u015ftur. Siyasal ve politik kayg\u0131lar\u0131n zaman zaman d\u00eenin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir hakikattir. Ne yaz\u0131k ki siyasal nedenlerin do\u011furdu\u011fu ambargoya maruz kalan sahabelerden biri de\u00a0<strong>Caban el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>, o\u011flu\u00a0<strong>Meymun el- Kurdi<\/strong>ve\u00a0<strong>Zozan<\/strong>\u00a0isminde bir bayan sahabedir.\u201d <\/em>(\u0130bn Hacer el- Askalan\u00ee\u2019nin \u201cEl-\u0130sabe fi\u2019t- Temyiz\u2019is- Sahabe\u201d adl\u0131 eserinin \u201cCaban\u201d maddesi)<\/p>\n<p>Hatta\u00a0me\u015fhur hadis kitaplar\u0131ndan biri olan <strong>\u201cCem\u2019ul- Fewa\u00eed\u201d<\/strong> adl\u0131 eserde, <strong>Meymun el-Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019nin ad\u0131 zikredilmekte ve O\u2019ndan \u015fu hadis nakledilmektedir:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201c<strong>Meymun el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019den, o da babas\u0131 <strong>Caban el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019den: <strong>Allah Resul\u00fc (as)<\/strong>buyurdu: \u2018Herhangi bir adam az veya \u00e7ok bir mehir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u00e7inde onu \u00f6dememe niyeti oldu\u011fu halde evlenirse, o ki\u015fi, k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Allah\u2019a zinak\u00e2r olarak kavu\u015fur.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0(Bkz.\u00a0Muhammed bin S\u00fcleyman el- Rudan\u00ee,\u00a0Cem\u2019ul- Fewa\u00eed, \u00e7eviren: Naim Erdo\u011fan, cilt 4, sayfa 284, Ocak Yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k, \u0130stanbul 2003)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caban el- Kurd\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019den rivayet edilen bir ba\u015fka \u2013 me\u015fhur \u2013 hadis de \u015fudur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cSizlere iki a\u011f\u0131r ve paha bi\u00e7ilmez emanet b\u0131rak\u0131yorum: Kitabullah ve Siretimdir veya Ehl-i Beyt\u2019imdir. Bu ikisi asla birbirinden ayr\u0131lmaz ve havzada birlikte bana gelirler.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131lanlardan da anl\u0131\u015falacakt\u0131r ki K\u00fcrtler; <strong>N\u00fcb\u00fbvvet<\/strong>\u2019in ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda az\u00eez \u0130slam d\u00e2v\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 omuzlama \u015ferefine nail olmu\u015f bir halkt\u0131r. <strong>Hz. \u00d6mer<\/strong> d\u00f6neminde ise, kabileler halinde \u0130slam\u2019a girdiklerini ve hatta Araplar\u2019dan sonra M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan ilk halk olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cK\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131 da Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019ndan sonra \u0130slam g\u00fcne\u015fi ile ayd\u0131nlanan ilk co\u011frafyad\u0131r.
